Ebonyi State University is today 11th of May 2013, set to Matriculate her First year students. Students yesterday had a busy day collecting their Matric attires and other necessary arrangements. The opening ceremony/Formalities begin by 9am this morning. The event is coming late due to the initial close down of the school by Gov. Martin Elechi following students protest over increase in school fees. enter and send your wishes to the Matriculants.

Essentially, from the contributions so far we can now infer that wrong choice/study of majors at undergrad level informs on the factors bellow:
1. Inadequate or no career guide/counselling at high school.
2. Wrong parental interests.
3. Misconception of certain courses as trivial.
4. Faulty Educational system.
5. Absence of Industrial internship opportunities/programs.
6. Excessive monetary attachments to courses.
7. Very infinitesimal job opportunities.
8. Wrong/Failure/Absence of adequate or appropriate government education policy and implementation.
Suggested solutions are the opposites of the above. The ball is now in our court......do we have positive revolutionists here...what do we do ?

the 4th day of April coincides with the position of the month in a calender year and it is very significant as it holds double cercumstances for those born on this day. pls drop your birthday wishes for the celebrants ( myself inclusive). thanks for your wishes in advance.........mods pls FP!!

please, we have not written first semester exam in my school so i dont have a cgpa.........please what do i do because, unless you enter a cgpa, you cant move to the next step of the application. Can i enter a cgpa i can reach after the exams which is in may ?

although EBSU is a state university, it can boastfully compete favorably with other federal universities especially in the area of medicine and surgery. you would have stood a better chance if you had made it your first choice since you are not from Ebonyi state. but to be also at a safer side, you need to score at least 280 in JAMB and 270 in post-ume to take a place for yourself. we wish you all the best as you study and hope to see you in our pinnacle of academic excellence.

you did a nice choice by not only choosing EBSU but also making it you first choice. what you should know about EBSU is that here, you are made into excellence. we don't brag about, just bring us to our professional field and we pass your test. there is accommodation for medical student because medicine is a very competitive course here. sit down and read very hard so as to make a good score as from 270 upward to enter merit list.

first, your assertion above is tainable only on the assumption the central bank is the only financial institution in existence.
secondly, George Mankiw said that economics is no activity (ies) planned and executed by one single institution (the government) but a series of interactions involving both the government, individual households and firms. the implication of the above economic thought is that government alone can not at any point 'effectively' administer economic activities involving such aggregate factors as employment, income, price stability etc

As February 14th approaches, people are making dozens of resolutions on what they going/not going to do.
