Well there is no need withholding any information cos they surely have it on their database that he applied in 2003,so regardless of any name change he has to be completely truthful to have a chance but if he used a fake document then or lied to the VO then it simply means Life ban

@luke4top plz don't be deceived by this fraudulent Agents around,they ll only talk and talk with no action for instance for Schengen visa single entry is one month not three and ensure u don't give them a dine until ur visa is confirmed,I wish u success though and God's favour ll go with u to france.

@vic justice I ve a lot of respect and commendation to u and all Nairalanders in general so actually I don't ve any visa yet and really don't ve fianancial means to fund any visa application except through the assitance of a brother in Germany who is insisting that he prefers the agent that did his visa for him years ago to do same for me that he is not paying until it's confirmed that warranted my question and I may not ve any choice since I ve not started working and still searching for one.

Nairalanders pls where is the best place to confirm the geniuenity of a visa?is it the Nigerian immigration at the airport or the Airline?

I want to appreciate nairalanders for ur advice especially justwise for saving me from the dupester plz guys don't trust anybody anymore cos I approached the agent guy earlier today for my passport and he was coming up with another story that I should make advance payment of 50k but I told I am no longer interested and collected my passport,I am not saying all agents are fraudulent but let's be verycareful.
