VisaOfficer: Just to clarify, if the petition is still at the NVC stage, is the Consulate even involved yet? Do you have a case number at this point?

We wouldn't insist on additional visits, although we do look at the amount of time people have spent together as one factor among many. Sometimes (not often) we ask if the petitioner can come talk to us. But we don't insist; we know it's expensive.
Thank u Sir I do have a case number and I have filled. Out DS 261.just being curious Sir.

[quote author=VisaOfficer]We know tickets are expensive. As I said, we issue plenty of visas to people who got married on their very first trip. To paraphrase an earlier response, if people can talk reasonably and credibly about the relationship, they'll likely be fine. Getting married on a first visit isn't a disqualification or a fraud indicator; it's just somewhat less robust than a couple who have several visits before and after the wedding to talk about.[/quote. Thank U SiR

Agrika: Na ppl like u dey molest small babies cos u lack d courage to "toast" matured, over 18 babes..
I am not and ll never be a child molester but all I am saying is that in all every area of my seems great but dealing with woman is a problem and I am seeking solutions.Even if I don't go after the girl in question,I need solutions."Advice no be curse abeg"
RomanceRe: Question by joechima(op): 6:53am On Nov 18, 2013
4urMind: I thought the guy in question is specific about the problem he want urgent solution, why do we have quack advisers in NL.... performing heart surgery for a toothache. if the guy is 40 and choose to be with 18old girl, how does that make Ethiopia to qualify for champions league?

@op...every guy was one time or the other like u are now, afraid to woo a lady, but most of us overcame that b4 we completed high school. that is not to say u are not normal, just like everything in life, we attain a particular fit at different stages. u must av approached this issue lackadaisically overtime thinking it not important, its as important as u getting a wife.

first of all, build on your confidence level, not just on wooing a lady but in everything in life. placing this for people to advice u is a good step in doing that but it can most times be counter productive especially when u get advises from quacks.

make girls your friend, not just on relationship bases. compliment them but don't make it look as if u are mocking them, ie. don't tell a girl she has a smooth legs when a blind man can tell its a lie.

don't be stingy in ur spending, take them out and discuss general issues, always lead conversions, but try not to be maga

be sure of the kind of girl u want and go for her, girls don't bite, don't always giveup too quick because u are not getting her. remember good things don't come easy.

last but not the least, read good books.
wonderful I never thought it was important even in my days in schoo I was an "I don't care guy".
RomanceRe: Question by joechima(op):
Maria forget stories lol. Why should a man, or woman, approaching thirty consider toasting someone who is eighTEEN?

I remember how I was at 18: very stewpid lol. At my current age, I can't imagine dating someone who is 18 due to maturity issues. Even those who we think are mature still have their annoying teenage ways.

Just some months back, the girl was 17, and everyone would've told OP no. Girls don't become women overnight. Let her experience her life abeg.

SportsTunisia Replaces Suspended Cape Verde In World Cup Qualifiers by joechima(op): 2:52pm On Sep 12, 2013
The Cape Verde Islands have lost their place in the last round of African World Cup qualifiers after fielding an ineligible player, FIFA said on Thursday.

Instead Tunisia, who the Cape Verdians upset 2-0 in a shock result on Saturday, advance to the play-off rounds in October and November.

FIFA released a statement outlining the case against the tiny island nation after KickOff.com broke the news earlier today that they were under investigation: “By means of a telephone conference, the FIFA Disciplinary Committee has today taken a decision to sanction the Cape Verdean Football Association (FCF) for fielding an ineligible player in the preliminary competition match for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil between Tunisia and the Cape Verde Islands on 7 September 2013,” the statement read.

“The match has been declared to be forfeited and awarded 3-0 in favour of Tunisia, meaning that the Cape Verde Islands will not progress to round three of the FIFA World Cup African zone qualifiers having dropped to second place in Group B with nine points while Tunisia finish first with 14 points and will now advance.

“The FCF has also received a fine of CHF 6,000 after the FIFA Disciplinary Committee considered the FCF liable for having breached art. 55 par. 1 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code and art. 8 of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil Regulations. “The sanction relates to the Cape Verde player Fernando Varela failing to serve the full four-match suspension imposed on him after receiving a red card for unsporting conduct towards a match official during a FIFA World Cup™ qualifier on 24 March 2013.

“The draw for round three of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers in the African zone will be conducted next Monday, 16 September. The five best-placed sides in the FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking, which will be released today following the outcome of this disciplinary case, will be seeded in the draw.”
