please help. lately I had beginning to discovered strange strange games and apps on my phone. I really don't know their where about and how they get to my phone. it's now very clear to me that my phone is downloading them silently without any notifications. it seems the downloading is hidden.

I just found the true cause of what's triggering my hypnoponpic when I woke up sometimes from sleep. As I have said before that it will be normal most times or moderate and sometimes it will get worst. I have put this into practice and study to underline the true cause and right now I am100% certain of the true cause in my case.

Want causes it is beer in combination with amitriptyline. That is the culprit. If I take amitriptyline in less than 1-3 hours after I drink beer this cause it and it worsting with the number of beer I took.

The level of it hypnoponpic determines how many bottle of beer and between what time I took the drugs. But if I take it around 9am-12pm and than take amitriptyline around 6-7pm it doesn't triggered it like that. But if I take the Beer and in less than 1-2 hours I take the drugs this increases it.

Lately it has been normal when I haven't taking beer at night, but last night I drink harp from 5pm and end drinking at 9pm in total of 3 bottles. When I got home I took the drugs at 9:30pm. It got worst this morning.

I like taking beer its something that give me joy when I am bored. The only thing now is I will watch out for at when I take the beer and when I take the drugs

well, it doesn't really means for it to be outlawed. but civilized people in 22nd century will see reasons not to sign in for the Shiit.

since the true fact will be very clear in their eyes as 79% of marriages will end up in the court of law for divorces. so people will stop doing it and it will fade out gradually and slowly. it will then be seen as old school and outdated.

desktop computer or laptop/notebook I find it hard to read from any of the device lately unlike when I feel comfortable on my smartphone.

in time past I do my reading from laptop. but the era of smartphone which I find more convenient to read stuff and research. I now find it hard to read just ten minutes of desktop unlike phone I can stay for several hours.

@Mindfulness thanks for your input. you really made a balanced response there. like as I have said most relationship lost it past flavour just after the knot is tied. which you analyzed there.

as for the better for worst part, it mostly on intolerance of partners. where divorce is seen as sin or sacrilege. one will wonder for a smart and educated person and even after attending numerous counseling still want a divorce then something is really wrong with it. or do you mean they didn't do their home work properly?

if that is it. then we often see marriage counselors and pastors who also find themselves in the court for a divorce ruling.

how about living together as boyfriend and girlfriend and then grow old and die? will a life not be completed or fulfilled? is it a must to tied the knot? you see when the registrar is been signed and the whole thing becomes legal biding in both religious or traditional acceptances of marriage in mate I think that is when a lot of things goes wrong.
