dear nayaNdupu.

how much time does it normally takes to treat insomnia? in my case when this whole thing started. there was no insomnia. I could sleep very well. and I was only having this scary head pain/ pressure and it scares me a lot since it was only happening to me for the very first time.

I was really scared then to go out. something will just be telling me inside that I will go blank if I go outside alone. and if I am going out with someone I know I will feel good but if its only me it will get worst and the more I get scared the worst it becomes.

that was the only thing I know then cause I have this constant fear if I am outside alone and my head will start getting this pressure no matter how I tell myself not to panicked.


let me tell you the day it got worst. that day I decide to go to church alone. when I was going I had this little fear in me that the pressure might just come while on the way and nock me down.

suddenly it begans to come. when I entered a taxi. as we were going my heart keep beating. and it felt as if I want to go blank and loose consciousness. I quickly tell the driver to stop I am not going again. when I came down from the car I received a deadly painful sharped pain on my head. it felt as if I just received a gun bullet. then next I received another two sharp killer pain in two deferent location on my head. it was as if I want to go mad or loose conscious.

how I wish I was a girl or some guys, it would have been a loud shout that would have attracted people around..


somehow as it might sound. i kept quite and hold my head and start running home in fears as I maybe have believe it was a spiritual attacked. while I was rushing and praying calling on Jesus. Jesus, Jesus, while going home with my hand on my head the pain keep increasing.

i manage to get home and when I prayed the pain refused to go. then I played a Christian song and dance along as the song was playing then it start to cool down as I was dancing.

another day again I went out with my uncle to church service and there was no attacked
.

but the next day I decided to go to bank and from there to get something repair somewhere at that time I was still able to sleep fine.

as I was going to the bank alone I was having this fear that there might be another strick.

while in the bank the pressure in my head started rapidly. and the cashier was very slow and annoying while I was very angry and wanted to go home fast the pressure increases. when I left the bank I couldn't proceed to where I was going so i decide to go back home.

on my way home I saw a barbar shop then I decided it's time to cut my hair low. the barbar was shock when i told him to cut it very low, he was like bros this fine hair na him u wan cut? unknown for me that was when the all thing got worst. as he was curbing my hair they were massive pain all over and there came the clipper pain, in my heart it was as if the end of me has come, then my ear start with a constant noise like running water sound. the guy ask me if anything was wrong i told him to fast that my head want to burst I am getting massive headache.

it got to the point I couldn't bear it again. I told him to stop and just round it up like that which he did. this time I was receiving electronic shocked feeling in my head each time he touch it with clipper or anything.

I manage to run home the constant pain was in one side of my head. at the back right side close to my ear. this time they where all kind of movement going on. cruelly kind of movement in my head, back, hand, leg, ear and nose, and also fever, vomiting, running stomach. including numbness kind of feeling on my forehead. this time here come insomnia. I couldn't. sleep any more. the next day I want to hospital and my head hit the bus upper side as I didn't bend down well. it was just a little hit but it feels as if a bomb explosion and I want to faint. a drop water on my head is as if someone it my head with hummer. when I complain to doctor he gave me anti depressant drug forget the name, swipha talen and paracetamol. yes I could feel a relief daily from these drugs but not cure.

now amitriptyline seems to be doing a little cure but very slow. sometimes it feel like its not working and sometimes it prove that its working.

another thing is, at the moment when I drink alcohol alongside it improved my sleep at night.

like as I will always say, in every relationship I never loose a thing. thanks to my nature. I will never invest or commit anything to any relationship. never will it ever happen. I do things when I want to and not because of what anyone want me to do, literally I don't take relationship serious and maybe it also contribute due to my nature and past . and i also will never promise anything.


this girl has been showing me love and care, but for me been whom I am always tell her not to waste her time with this brother here. cos I won't take it serious. oh never mind she ignore all this signs and continue a relationship with me. oh well since I have no choice or anything to loose but sit down there and enjoy the ride. I also made up my mind not to ask for anything. did I really ask? oh no not at all.

she is the one that initiate romance while I just look, if I should put it this way. she like romancing me. and I will just sit there and look sometimes I will only respond by romancing her back. I never ask for sex or anything. sometimes she will say what kind of person are you. you don't talk and you are too quite and you a bad boy. I keep my impression for her to see that there is no heart in me she can steal. a kind of heartless feeling one will start wondering on how to please such a person.


to cut the story short I already started to like her little by little despite my behavior towards her not minding she has someone else. but lately she begin to sing in my ear anytime we see that she need money for Xmas this and that and not that she is asking me directly but anyone will know even a blind person what she meant. so I made up my mind to give her some thing the week to Christmas from what I was expecting. but I never told her or made any promise and I was surprise when she stop taking my calls immediately.

to ascertain she is doing it purposely I initiated a call for several times her number has always busy my call at about the first seconds. it seems more like automatic setting. I sent a text why she block my number. I didn't get response till the next day. she called me the next day with aggressive tone that she saw my rejected calls that what her phone shows. I was like you mean you blocked my number she said she don't know what is wrong with her phone that her phone was faulty and she needed money to get another phone. I hate poor girls. since I know this girl it has been from one money for this and one money for that' and of which I usually don't respond and had never given any to her

from the money I wanted to give her I just had a change of heart immediately. she cut the phone and thereafter I keep trying the number it was the same problem after from morning till night I sent I text that it's over between us. and she didn't respond. in my mind I called it a quiet already.


after Xmas celebration. she now start calling me and I refused to picked her calls. one will want to ask me why I hate the female so much or why I said i won't get married, it's surely one of this reasons. Xmas is just for a day and if any one can treat you like this it will get worst when you finally get married. I never wanted anything from her and I never ask of anything. in one of my statement to her is that if she feel that she is doing me favor for wanting to give me sex which is of mutual feelings and benefit then she should keep it to herself, I really don't need it. but if she sees it as an act between two person for both pleasure that is only when I will agree to do.

someone can steal information of the amount you are about to receive and follow you home. or he can steal the control number and sent it quickly to accomplice a banker who will pick the money from another bank even before you do. it happen before while a control was pick in other location before the woman in a bank que. armed robber can pretend to help old folks fill a bank teller unknown to the person. some people are inside the bank who has no business inside the bank

Yesterday I was in first bank to pick up a money gram, as I was filling the money gram form. A young man stood on my back. He wanted to pick a western union form but His hand were just stick on the air holding western union form from it shelf while he stood on my bank. He just pause just like that. It was like when you paused your DVD player.

Although I knew somebody was on my back for long which is abnormal but I never thought otherwise. I keep filling my form and unknown to me the young man was Just looking directly at my form. It all seems like a charm.

His brain was sensitive and calculative like someone who is trying to cram something in my form.

But when I turn to him he just shocked from the scene, without even saying anything to him he start to explain that he wanted to withdraw money. I told him do you want to receive money from western Union or money gram he said no, then what are you doing here and you are even holding a Western Union slip. This place is not for withdrawal but to pick up money. So my friend go downstairs.

Then I ask where is you passbook? He said he had none. Then I ask what of ATM he said he had none. Then I ask again how can you withdraw without none of this. then I sent him to go downstairs which he did.

Then next An old woman came to me she said she want to pick up money. When I ask her is it money gram or western union she said money gram.

Then I pick and gave her the form. Then next. She said my piken abeg come help me filled the form. Been that I was very sensitive. I don't want were by someone will say I stole her control and I am the Only one she shown it to because this is Christmas period and anything can happen. Our police ways of investigation is whom you suspect and I told her sorry madam I can't help with that. I don't want to put my hand or see your control number at all better go meet the bank staff to help you out.
and another thought came in to my head what if it were to be that guy I sent downstairs? the woman for enter one chance.

NayaNdupu, but are you satisfied that what is happening to me is an anxiety disorder and it should go away within one or two years?

my doctor said why he is happy is that I got improvement from the drug. and I will need to be on it for a very long time, does this improvement from the drug make it confirm to be anxiety?

my worried is how long I will be on this drugs. because I read a lot from the internet about people using amitriptyline for their anxiety treatment. some are over 10-15years while some 2-3 years are still depending on this drugs. its like their brain now depends on it rather than to heal it completely.


could you believe that the docs none of them told me anything that is wrong, all they did is to ask questions and then write drugs. the formal doc who first recommend amitriptyline told me that she knows better than I do, when I request I need a test. can you imagine that she didn't even want to listen to my compliant. she said she knows what is wrong with me. she said if I like I shouldn't come again.
