There is no such thing as being indispensable. If you're not the owner, you're an ''outsider''. The Tom Peters' Seminar told the story about the layoff ''of an eighteen-year veteran purchasing staffer from a company. 'its a shame to lose all that experience,' one executive said to another. 'We didn't lose eighteen years' experience, replied the second. 'We lost one year's experience repeated seventeen times over.' DO THIS 1. Pursue professional career with all determination, but be prepared to turn into an entrepreneur. 2. Within your career, leave time for entrepreneurial pursuits 3. Pursue new opportunities or areas that are outside the mainstream. ''One who has a skill in this dynamic world and keeps it up to date, has a place in this world''. - My qoute |
Islam and Christians: problem; Islam and Jews: problem; Islam and Hindus: Problem; Islam and Buddists: problem; Islam and Atheists: Problem; Islam and Islam: Problem; Islam and everybody: Problem. Islam is a religion of peace, yet everywhere they're PROBLEM. I think Islam needs to be reformed. May the souls of the departed rest in God. |
Most Nigerians do not know road rules, signs and markings. Even the FRSC don't know their job, they don't even know if lack of putting on seat belt is more dangerous than using expired tyres. Many traffic offenders. Tired drivers speeding with people on the roads and all you hear is 'this guy sabi drive oh' 2 people killed in the UK and hands are on the deck, the PM, the parliament, everyone. Our dearest president within the shortest time leaped to send messages and calls across to the British PM and people. 52 people were killed in Benue and our president said nothing and did nothing, NASS is busy fighting Ali over uniform and raising tribal marks issue while people are dying everywhere. Went for a visit at the City Uni. Of New york, three people died from road accident (not student) and the school was shut for 3 days. They value life but here 'na only 3 die'. Those 3 might be someones benefactor, parent, child, lost due to recklessness. May God help Nigeria. |
Long overdue |

With over 90% of our exports coming from crude oil, it means we have a very long way to go. I was hoping to see USA closely behind China, at least it will explain our over dependance on the dollar but no. By the way what impact on the economy has Buhari's visit to China done? Because we are still where we were or even worse. I thought that visit with good trade policies will improve our economy and stop our thirst for dollar, but again no. Perhaps, he went for an excursion in China. |
In Nigeria lately on retirement, most of these MDAs field in children of their retirees who are up the ladder. Thus, ruling away fairness in recruitment. If one retiree fills in 5 or more of his folks before retirement what do you think will happen to recruitment. Not to talk of those on ministers', governors', senators, Reps, list. Coupled with govt failure to create jobs for the ever growing Nigerian population, loss of jobs in private sector and more. You apply for a job, your application hangs in the air, too many applications. Those who didn't apply get the job. Don't be bitter op, gather a little and start a business. One day we'll get our senses right and sholve axes off their asses.....stupid government. |
Nice feat. We respect and celebrate this with you. 50 years and more, yet the Nigerian government haven't picked anything useful and important from white folks. Or is it the continuous decline in our values overtime. |

Big boobs is good but certainly not these. They could be 'equally dangerous'. I think I prefer big booties to these. |
Part ways. |
This woman is completely 'loco' but to think that 77, 000 people are following this ugly LovePeddler is worrisome. |
Seriously speaking her husband and I have same in common; I do have 'arrangement and order' issues, and I love cleanliness but I can share a towel, sponge and soap but certainly not toothbrush. This shouldn't be a problem, at least he is not committing adultery or other negatives. She should learn to stay with him and adapt except if she is a very dirty person. Was she expecting a perfect marriage? |
Even though this government has failed to give you guys the nesessary support and that diarrhea in a man called Dalung, we Nigerians are behind you. There is no single joy in this country, turn that to victory! |
I am not an APC or PDP faithful but I'll like to make these points: 1. Justice A. Mohammed of the FCT High court ruled that Sheriff's tenure is interim and not till 2018 as claimed by Sheriff. 2. Justice Liman upheld the PDP may convention; thus, held the convention that removed Sheriff. Note: the case before Liman is the first in all these controversies. 3 Sheriff tabled his prayers before the appeal court and should have waited for the higher court but instead ran to another high court of equal jurisdiction. Thats illegal. 4. The Makarfi's faction tabled a case before Justice Wakifa who upheld the decision of Justice Liman. 5. Justice Abang is not an appeal court and should have refered to the appeal court. Infact all parties should have waited for the appeal to Justice Liman's judgment since they are a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction. 6. The Police immediately took sides with the Justice Abang's judgement and took upon itself such courage to flaunt the orders of Justices Liman and Wakifa. What is that if not politics with the government trying to enforce one party system. Or is it because Justice Abang threatened with a Form 48? 7. Infact today there is already an appeal against the judgement of Justice Abang. Hence, the convention can hold. I don't know why politicians keep toying with our judicial system and these justices keep helping them to destroy the system. |

The level of judicial recklessness in this country is quiet alarming. Courts of equal jurisdiction giving different judgment on similar cases. The whole country has been plunged into sh!t hole by the executives, the judiciary and the legislative arm. Seriously, i think the judiciary is the worst of them all. I remember during a tribunal, the judge gave his 'in his capacity as a judge' not because of the constitution, acts or laws. Justice delivered without dispassion is always in danger of not being justice. A good man does the right thing but a bad man always try to go around the law. Quiet unfortunate that the holders of this law aid stupid politicians who bury their heads in the sand and stood for nothing but re-election. |
Haven't you heard that there is a time for everything? |
Ah |
Stupid politicians who bury their heads in the sand and stood for nothing but re-election. |
Arrogance!!! The American people aren't all foolish. Just imagine if it were Naija Aisha all nude in magazines. I tell u people that are free aint always living right. |
People overseas have strict laws against drug pedlaring, and they don't go around their laws but make sure justice must be seen to have been done. But Nigerians (I won't call race) will not listen. Now, if sentenced to death people like UN will start calling human right. He who refuses to hear can't refuse to see. |
Bayelsa - Troops have been deployed to Bayesla State following the threat by a militant group to declare an independent Niger Delta republic August 1, Leadership reports. A militant group in the Niger Delta, Adaka Boro Avengers (ABA) has said it had concluded arrangements with other militant groups to declare the Niger Delta region an independent republic on August 1. The militant group also gave the Federal Government an ultimatum to withdraw its personnel and establishment from the region before the date of its declaration of independence. It also ordered all northerners and people of the South West to vacate its territory. The group specifically called on former president, Goodluck Jonathan, Chief Edwin Clark; King Alfred Diete Spiff; Ankio Briggs; Joseph Eva; Patrick Fufein, Pastor Good, past and present military personnel from the Niger Delta region, present senators and members of the Houses of Representatives to come to Kaiama for the official declaration of the independent republic which is scheduled for Monday, August 1. The spokesperson of the group, General Edmos Ayayeibo in a statement issued on Sunday, July 24 ordered people from the north and the south west to vacate the South-South before August 1. The armed troops reportedly stormed Kaima Community of Kolokuma/Opokuma local government to stop any declaration of an independent region. The operation tagged “Operation Delta Safe” is expected to search and stop any criminal activities in Kaima Community which was the venue of a similar declaration by Ijaw youths in 1998. Residents of Kaima Community confirmed the movement of troops to the community and said it started on Saturday, July 30 with a stop-and-search operation on vehicles moving along a section of the East-West road. The president of the Ijaw Youth Council, Udengs Eradiri, however denied knowledge of the planned hoisting of a Niger Delta Republic flag.
