Even goat living in the bush knows very well that it is the permsecs that teaches and corrupt ministers as soon as they(ministers) resume work after being appointed by the president. The only way for this to work smoothly without interference by the minister is for the permsecs to be sacked and new ones appointed by the govt and to resume work along with the new ministers. As long as the permsecs are there waiting to receive new ministers they will teach the ministers how to loot money

For him to succeed effectively without failure in his govt. Buhari should go ahead and appoint and announce his cabinet members to work with. I know if he does that no corrupt person will be involved in his cabinet.

Foolish president you don't have any iota of right to tell Buhari where to start his probe. PDP have been in power for the past 16 yrs changing power from PDP to PDP every four yrs until it got to this stage of power changing from PDP to APC.

In his inauguration as president come 29th may at the eagle square Buhari should nullify all the appointments made by jonathan after the presidential election to make his (GMB) govt start on a clean slate. Then after he can move forward to sack those he feels like that cannot work with him that jonathan appointed too. Jonathan since crashing out from the presidential contest has been making the APC incoming govt uncomfortable for Buhari to start off through unnecessary appointments when he (jonathan ) is going. What a madness? He must be probed!!

Next time contestant should know that sharing money and receiving endorsement from here and there is immaterial and is of no value. What matters is what you have done during your tenure as president in the last four or six yrs to warrant your re-election for another tenure. Don't share money if you are a failure because nigerians will collect the looted money from you and vote their conscience. Don't ask for endorsement from any organization because the electoral law says one man one vote.
