I put 20k credit in my line so they could deduct their new rate during the usual auto renewal, but no: they refused to renew it, snatched my data and just moved on. At night I subscribed to the night plan, they took the 50 naira but did not give me any data.

This is the company I was supporting on this increased tariff issue here on Nairaland. You can see why I would have preferred never to have to deal with anything Nigerian if I had a choice.

Could I be the only person in this situation? If not, share yours and lets see if we can have the numbers to write them and threaten a class action suit.
