Bro are you sure about this? Maybe there was an issue with your line at the particular time. I'd suggest you contact their customer care people. Maybe twitter or other social media platforms. You can try @airtel_care. You never can tell if there was an issue until you ask. stay blessed. |
Bro try the DND thingy. It actually works. You can tweet at them too. If you are on twitter, you can tweet @AirtelNigeria. As for the DND, you can simply send Help to 2442 and you will select the messages you don't want to receive and keep those you want. Because if you send stop to 2442, you will bar everything including stuff that you might need like OTP. Thank me later |
Omo one other thing I got to knw is that u need to place your line on DND by sending stop to 2442. But this can bar all incoming OTP and SMS u might need. So send HELP to 2442 to select the messages you want to bar. Y'all can thank me later. |
wow. I think that you should contact them via twitter @Airtel_care those guys are reliable. I can bet you that whoever did that nonsense is losing her job. They don't joke with the maxim that says "customer is king". Omo see response. |
Just in case you are not satisfied, you can reach them via @airtel_care on twitter or on Facebook at Airtel Nigeria. Small thing. |
Guys I used to get those SMS from them too o. But this their new HELP to 2442 has been very helpful. Honestly. It actually gives you the option of receiving an of the SMS you wish to retain. ( I wonder who wants to retain anyone ). I like the creativity behind that flirty post though. |
It actually works for me. But you can contact @airtel_care on twitter for resolution. Maybe it is an issue with your line and I am sure it can be resolved by them. You can also reach Airtel Nigeria on Facebook. Thank me later ![]() |
I thought the N25 and N50 bundles were for a specific plan. I had the same issue a few days back and it was rectified via @airtel_care. You can try them too, if you are on twitter, or Airtel Nigeria via Facebook. |
I don't like seeing these complaints here. I am at a loss as to why i don't experience such. Ok, I do actually, but I simply contact @airtel_care on twitter and they never ever fail to resolve or give clarity. I heard that the Smart trybe plan or offer, as the case may be, is still in the works. So issue emanating are still being rectified. Just contact them sha. |
Bro na lie o. It's still N1000. I still do am yesterday. Dial *431# I am sure it's still N1000. You can contact @airtel_care for clarity. |
Bro i can confidently tell you that the best way to resolve such issues is by contacting Airtel on Twitter or Facebook. Twitter handle na @airtel_care. You fit loom them up on Facebook via Airtel Nigeria. As for me o, I can't do any other provider apart from Airtel.. Thank me later. |
Guy I no understand o. Are you actually complaining? Lol. Well if you have any issues, you can contact Airtel on twitter via @airtel_care. |
If you are on twitter, I'd advise you get in touch with @airtel_care for assistance. It's the fastest way to resolve issues like this. |
Concerning the twitter issue, you can contact Airtel on their facebook page to lay your complaint. Simply look for Airtel Nigeria on Facebook. No vex bros... E dey happen...lol |
I personally use Airtel and I can honestly tell you that I have no other line. The time based and night bundles must have been adjusted for reasons best known to Airtel. But I don't use that bundle option. I prefer to use the ones I can be sure of (if you say you have issues with the time and night bundles). Dial *141# and follow the options provided to select your preferred bundle option. Better still, you can contact them @Airtel_care for clarity. Thank me later ![]() |
The question is has this guy contacted Airtel? It really saves a lot of stress when the provider is contacted. That way, they are aware that something is wrong and they find solutions. I know Airtel can be contacted via @airtel_care and they run a 24 hour service. Try them sometimes. |
I believe issues like this can be resolved by contacting them on twitter via @airtel_care. It never really takes time to sort out. |
A friend of mine had a similar complaint some weeks back, but twitted at Airtel (@airtel_care) and had it resolved. You might wanna try them too. |
