For yours using uk u change from £ straight to naira..while I using usa changed to naira from $ when it reached my grey.

They dont.. except for the ssn/9 digit employee number part mainly incase you get in trouble with the irs and for tax purposes(not like we are usa citizens).....

But you are better off using the uk details instead since they ask nothing else than bank details...uk works as fine as usa....just select local transfer(not wire transfer) and fill in details given by grey..simple as that


Only issue is with the uk option you lose an extra 5$ fee for each withdraw.....but the usd is just 0.9$......

This works irrespective of the domain sale in pounds £?

Omo thank you for that grey. Co oh...used it on afternic..to avoid wire fee...it landed instantly when afternic paid and changing to naira and withdrawal to my bank took less than 30 seconds....was waayyy too fast ..the 584 rate sef come make am better

I made a big mistake while making withdrawal.
Let me drop it here maybe someone can help..


I made a payout request from Squadhelp using the Wise.com platform.. however, when filling the details I inputted my Grey.co GBP account details (Not wise.com's)... This is because SH called the option Wire transfer via WISE.. Mumu me think say it's just the regular wire transfer as in afternic.

I didn't realize the mix up until after SH released the fund and marked it as "Paid" from their end..
Now the issue is..

1. I know the fund cannot reflect on Wise.com because I didn't provide SH with my Wise account details.

2. The fund won't reflect on Grey either cos it was sent via WISE not Grey

Now wat is confusing is;

1. If the account details didn't match a WISE account, how comes SH was able to release the fund without facing any issues.

How I responded when I realized the mistake was;
1. I asked SH to verify if the fund was successfully released, they said Yes.

2. I asked Grey if they can track any pending payment on my Grey account, they said they can't do that, but any fund sent should reflect after 3 business days (it's now going into the 2nd week).

3. Tried contacting WISE but couldn't get a quick way. But I'll try again.

Before I decided to count my loses and move on..
But let's see if anyone has an idea how to approach this.

For a UK bank account, when submitting payment details entry on Afternic, fill in your names, phone number, and the UK bank address provided by Grey.

Another alternative is to use 2sexycom method. Check his post on how to open foreign GBP account with grey .co then link it by filling necessary details to your afternic payment account.

Nb: While filling the form, select UK as your country. Very Easy.

No, you can't do that. At least to the best of my knowledge. What I would suggest is to possibly change your bank account at Afternic to Grey.co US bank account. You can withdraw the funds directly to your Nigerian bank account at 588/$ exchange rate. which is far better than what you will sell your dom dollar.
