1. Mail in ballot is legal in the United States. You don’t have to wait till Election Day to vote in person.

2. Trump won 2016 election in many state votes mail in ballot votes. States like AZ, TX, Maine, All use mail in ballot massively.

3. In 2020, Trump himself did not vote on the Election Day but instead him and his family voted using the mail.

For those who don't understand the implication of this lawsuit, let me try to explain. By USA law, cases or lawsuits that involve State against State cannot be attended to by the Lower Courts. It can only be ruled by the SCOTUS directly.

So Texas and other States filing this lawsuit against the 4 Swing States means that Trump has effectively bypassed all the Circuit Courts and doesn't have to go through that process of Circuit Court trials, appeals etc before getting to the SCOTUS. And obviously going by that route, his case probably won't get the SCOTUS before the Electoral College meets. Which was the major problem for him - TIME!

But now with this lawsuit, the SCOTUS will have a hearing about the case before the Electoral College meets. SCOTUS has scheduled it for 10th, and Electoral College is due to meet on the 14th.

Another interesting fact is that ONLY the SCOTUS can SUSPEND or POSTPONE the Electoral College Electors from being appointed by their respective State Legislature OR from giving their Electoral Votes, pending the resolution of the lawsuit. So if on the 10th, the SCOTUS rules that the Swing States carried out unconstitutional acts of elections procedures during the 2020 Elections, then they will definitely put the Electoral College voting on hold, either to postpone till the lawsuit is over or to suspend it. The SCOTUS has this Constitutional power.

Obviously, there were so many Constitutional violations in the Swing States, so this event 100% favors Trump. And with 6 - 3 in favor of Conservatives, best believe Trump will surely prevail. Light is greater than Darkness; and Good must surely overcome Evil. God be praised!

Constitution, tainting the integrity of votes in those states
and
debasing votes in states that did not violate the
Constitution.
Realizing that several deadlines are approaching for states
to
commit electors, Texas says that the court has the power to
delay such dates, and “the only date that is mandated under
the Constitution is January 20, 2021,” referring to
inauguration
day.
The lawsuit contends that the defendants:
• Violated the Electors Clause by improperly changing their
voting procedures through judicial or executive action, NOT
through legislation.
• Violated the Equal Protection Clause by effectively allowing
different election rules and procedures in different counties
within the states.
According to the lawsuit:
“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the
pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws
regarding
absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded
their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and
ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are

“Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts
had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election

“By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only

appointment of electors, and to allow the results to be
reviewed by state legislators, who under the Constitution

One state in the US does not have standing in suing another state and questioning how they conductor their elections. PA Supreme Court is the Apex court in the land to interpret PA state law and they said no violation occurred period!

Moreso Paxton is using US constitutional provisions meant for US House and Senate in his filing before SCOTUS.

Plus, Paxton is alleging that the four swing States votes should be overturned and invalidated because officials other than those State lawmakers make changes to their election laws because of COVID.....but the idiot left out the fact that TX is also guilty of the same offense because the Governor of TX extended voting hours, extended ballot return days and not TX law makers.
