But wait... Jesus Christ never actually accuses the scribes and Pharisees of committing the unforgivable sin, not once. And on several occasions they pretty much did exactly that, question the authority behind all that Jesus Christ did.

The scribes and Pharisees did not belong to the same Covenant that Jesus Christ taught. Instead they were all of them still of the Old Covenant where the sin of blasphemy is defined as using the name of God in vain, a sin punishable by death - by stoning.

As for who can commit the sin of blasphemy in the New Covenant it is one who is bound to the New Covenant - one who lives under the New Law, and more than likely, one who has experienced the power of the Holy Spirit.

Having the Spirit of God does not rid one of his individuality. If Adam, who was created a Son of God, was persuaded to sin against God in the beginning, what stops a one who has become a Son of God through Jesus Christ from turning against the Will of God?

There are over 41,000 different sects claiming denominations in Christianity, there are many different sects all claiming denominations in Islam these are the two major players when it comes to religion yet there are other religions like Buddhism, Hinduism and other Traditional religions all claiming they know God.
So instead of taken what their so called Holy books that's all contradicting each other say, why not look for the group that befits people of God?
To Illustrate, thousands of schools may claim they are scientists each talking about physics, chemistry, biology, geography and agriculture.
But if we allow each group to PRACTICE what they know are we still going to have issues regarding the real scientists?
Certainly not, because the real scientists will use their wisdom to increase food supply, healthcare, make the best use of their physical environment and protect their domain from life threatening diseases.
The same logic should be applied to religion.
Let each religion present a group practicing what is written in their so called Holy book and we can use such a group as a means to ascertain the authenticity of what their book says.
There are many religions claiming Christians and many claiming Muslims all of them are saying they know God but where are the undeniable qualities of God we can all acknowledge? like

JOY
PEACE
PATIENCE
GOODNESS
GENTLENESS
FAITH
MILDNESS AND
SELF-CONTROL
It's after seeing all these qualities in a group that we can be sure that God is the one making it possible for imperfect humans to exhibit these fine qualities, because no human can exhibit these qualities since we're not perfect but as a group God's presence will be felt as He organizes His worshipers in an orderly manner.
