not only is salvation by God's Grace, so is repentance, repentance is in God's hands, as is salvation,
it's all from God, and He works in believers to do His will, it's about what God leads believers to do,
not about what some men say that must be done.
God's word tells believers to repent and the bible tells believers that God will bring us to it.

1Co 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

paul's repenting and teaching and and all his works were by God's grace
christians should not take credit for restution or for any repenting, God does in me at His good time all that has to be done.
