try resolve it. At abj, you'll have alternate angle of 70' lying in the 3rd quadrant. The complementary angle is 20'. The actual bearing of sokoto from abuja is 3'. So 90+3=93' Therefore, the total angle at abuja is 93+20=113'
At sokoto, find the included angle, add it the alternating angle 3' and the to 180', that will give you the answer.
