My dear for peace of mind, the best option is for you to pay her bride price, that is the only thing that will give you right to the child. In Igbo land you have no right to a child that you have not paid the bride price of his mother. The steps I outlined above are for terminating investment on the old product plan. For the new plan you were issued a Terms and Conditions alongside the form which now replaces the previous Business Agreement. No. No one delays your capital if you ask for a Termination. When you trigger a termination by filling and submitting the required documents there a series of audit checks starting at the branch level. I would have outlined in detail what checks are done but like all businesses do, employees have to sign an NDA about business processes. So NO. No one delays capital refund. The audit process that is in depth and thorough takes a number of days and once approved it gets on a queue for payment of Terminated investments. And a queue is a First-In,First-out. But as long as you trigger a Termination and no issues are found in your documentation and account history, your Capital is paid back, No questions asked.
