Please I need your advice and suggestions. My employment visa wish I applied for never worked out but the middle man refunded my deposit, and now I entend going to UAE to take the Nebosh IGC and any other important/ necessary certification so after the certification I can search for a job also. But Nebosh certificate takes about 2months to come out and don't know if it would be a waste of money. Anoda middle man suggested I take up a security job and the run the programs while on the job. So I don't know if it would be favorable cos I heard a 2yrs contract has to be signed. So would I have to wait till after the two years to now use my certificate to get a better job or is he lying so that he would get his cut from the job visa?.
@Ken and the oil n gas dudes: wat other certification can I do in less than 30days?

Good morning all, please I want to find out something ; I applied for employment visa on 13th February and was told it would take six weeks to come out, but wen it got to the six weeks date, d person handling it told me that there is a problem wit the UAE immigration regarding issuance of work visa that it was suspended for d mean time so I am just worried cos I don't know if he is telling me the truth. Someone please help me to confirm his claims so to know what to do about it

study and work easily?? den look for somewhere else, try the Gambia or even Ghana, or better still apply for an online programme after you get a job in UAE, u can only study in UAE if u have a fat bank account, manipal university seems cheap for about 30000aed per year wit other fees u go down to about 80000aed X 2yrs which is about 160000aed = 9 million naira. as for jaipur national university as recommended, my hand no dey ooo

Through what means were you interviewed and selected?

I got it tru an agent, and not the employer, actually was referred by my brother who goes for biz in Dubai, said he knows him very well moreover he is d one paying so I believe its genuine
