I also came here to ask for a car rental service. Again, I ended up not renting a car. Someone was recommended to me. He basically drove me around to where ever I needed to go at an agreed cost which was cheaper than Uber and of course the Yellow Cab. I would use him if I have to go somewhere far and then use Uber for nearer journeys. Hi dear....could u pls give me the driver's contact and price range? Sent u a pm. Its urgent pls. |
Hello pple... pls does anyone have a contact of any car hire services in houston? Like someone who can drive me around at an agreed price. Urgent pls. |

Anyone interested in sharing an apartment in Conroe, Texas? Pls holla... Has anyone used Conroe Regional Medical centre? |
tbaby2015:Not a letter. Just print the mails n the bills. That's fine. |
slimwendy85:@slimwendy85: hi dear. It was the same VO. All she did was ask if I had a new doctor now and I showed her the letters and the bills. Se asked for my statements and she approved the Visa. She advised me to make sure I had all these docs at Poe. Tho I got someone's address in Texas just in case but really, at this second apt, they only focus on why they asked u to come back. Mine was in Abuja. All the best dear... Guys, pls chill... No more fighting, ok? ![]() |
slimwendy85:Same thing happened to me dear. Went back with Dr Fagbohuns mails and bills and we got the visa. Apparently, they have an issue with doctoresparati. |
Hi pple... I'm headed out first week of march. Still unsure of mihs or elpaso. Accommodation is a determining factor. Any mamas leaving there current apartments soon? Pls hook a sister up. Just me n mom. Thank u! ![]() |

@MadameU:hi dear... I'm in ur shoes too. I think an apartment may make more sense. Still deciding on mihs or elpaso too tho I have a reservation at in town. Leaving first week in march too but expecting Ma mom last week in march. Maybe we should plan together, tho I'm tilting more towards mihs. Not sure how to pm... Pls holla. |
Hi pple... Been a while. I'm also still weighing my options as per mihs or elpaso. I have bills n correspondence for both. Isn't getting an apartment cheaper than in town suites? I'm seeing apartments online for bout 550 per month. I need ur opinion tho... I'm leaving first week in march, so anyone who has accommodation plans for both places, pls holla .... |

SisiOlu:I'm not so much of a 'typist'... Bt I'd try Vo: Good morning, where will u be going to in US? Me: Texas Vo: what will u go there for? Me: We are having a baby Vo: oh great! Do u have contact with a doctor already? Me: yes... (Then I started flipping thru to give her ) and says to my hubby, ; while we wait for her, can u tell me where u work and what u do there.... Hubby responds... Bla bla I handed her the mails and letter of medical responsibility. She just dumped it and keeps typing. I guess the letter headed paper did not even interest her .... She asks for our statements. Has a balance of 1.7mm. She asked for hubby's and we left it in the car!!!! Phew.... She smiled and said it was fine. She then brought the white form, and says that she can't make a decision yet coz doctoresparati ain't doctors and she can't approve for me to give Ma money to fixers. She advised us to get another doc and says that will give us a true pix of the cost. We went back a week later with Oakbend bills and mails from Dr Fagbohun. She asked to see statements again and that was it. I was just dancing in Ma mind. Lol. God is faithful! |

pattyreal:So I thought to come back n share my experience with the house.... I still went ahead with the letter from doctoresparati. However, the interview went well, tho I was asked to get another doctor. The consular said she was not comfy with approving only for me to give my money to 'fixers' .. Se meant that they were middle men, and not doctors. I was given the white form which would allow me back into the embassy without a new appointment. I eventually used my correspondence with Dr Fagbohun and his bills and we were granted our visas. I'm sure this will encourage someone and also direct them. I'm not discrediting anyone pls, just Thot to share how it went. |
I hope you don't mind me giving my 1 kobo. Being denied visa isn't something you will want to experience. In my opinion and from what I've observed, it actually becomes more difficult to get approved subsequently. My point is; I really donot think you should risk going for that interview with El Paso letter. The VOs minds are already biased towards anything Doctores. A Dr's name and signature will not automatically change their views. One can use that letter for POE, but please, get another Doctor for the purpose of your interview. You've still got sometime on your hands. Changing info on DS 160 isn't such a big deal. Know you can always switch over to Doctores after your visa has been granted. This is not illegal in anyway. Thanks Phema, Wots the procedure for changing info? I already submitted n got an appointment. Tnx. |
Hi pple... I've been reading n I'm so amazed at the info here. Bless y'all! Tot to drop ma bit. I'm yet to go for my interview, but already caught the elpaso bug so I think I'd just stick with it n allow favour take over. Everything filled on Ma ds160 form has elpaso as contact addy so I'm not sure it makes sense to start changing story. After all the reviews, I decided to contact doctoresparati and let them know my discomfort. Apparently they already got the info and said they weeper working on including a doctor's name on the letter, and also other things to ensure their credibility. I got my letter today with the doctors name seeing me, and the letter was also signed. There was an error on my arrival date so I've asked them to correct it and return to me. I hope this will give the VOs some comfort and promote honesty coz some of us just wanna do it the right way and tell the truth! It's a long post for a first right?lol... Tot to give back coz I've learn a lot. Interview is next month and heart is racing.... |
