You can just immediately search for Google Map Satellite images of all the famous places you know in Ogun state and zoom in to see for yourself.

The state don't pay a dime. But they have one of the best orientation camp if not the best. If you want to camp in Ogun state its good but make sure you relocate after the three weeks camping
