It’s laughable that the same people grovelling and begging President Trump to intervene are the very ones abusing President Tinubu for approving this partnership. The hypocrisy is staggering. Their intentions are no longer in doubt, facts mean nothing to them, progress irritates them, and consistency is a foreign concept. If the region is truly peaceful as they say, then they should fully support Governor Soludo in ending the Monday sit-at-home. Political losers and perennial wailers must always complain. Regardless of electoral reforms, any loss is tagged as rigging, while victory magically validates the process.
