These banks are so systemically important to the NGX and even to the whole economy, UBA did not pay dividends red everywhere, meanwhile NB did not pay, no one notice that, even MTN didn't pay for two years, heaven did not fall, but now UBA, there is a contagion of red on the street

When you opened the Sell Order, it can't be showing executing because, firstly, you placed at 10.00am while Premarket starts at 9.00am.....meaning, lots of offers/sales has lined up before you come to the market...

2ndly, you placed offer at wrong price.....meaning, if placing bid or offer for any stock above N10, you should place the bid in 0.05 steps....
Example: If you placed bid for ACCESS @28.24 it won't go thru.....
The "Par Value" movement is in 0.05.....e.g. 28.20, 28.25, 28.30......31.40, 31.45, 31.50.....etc.

Someone as enlightened as you are should also have heard that the solar panel tax is to be imposed on residents in Lagos Government owned housing estates and not state wide. It only makes common sense that if one is affected, all you need do is simply pack out.
