I don't think that they are unhygienic. This is just but a stereotype. The only thing that puts me off is the pungent smell of their incense and perfumes.
I'm sure there're a few good ones, but I just don't like them at all. To think that I helped these bìtches connect their washing machine etc. None of them could read or write. Many times I had to read things for them, like instructions for medication & so forth. I will never live with such people again.
Yes, they're VERY unhigienic & have this smell that I only associate with them. Made me gag a couple of times on occasions when I wasn't feeling well. Yeeer.
Magufuli refused to give aid to struggling Tanzanians even though there was a drought. The guy is corky because he knows full well that CCM will rig him once again!
t1ann: Kenya is influential in the region true Uhuru Kenyatta has received Sudan envoy , Zimbabwe envoy , all of them are seeking his support Felix the president of DRC is our errand boy Same with Somalia President Kenya is advanced technologically very true Our electricity connection is 75% the best in the region
Tz is more food insecure than Kenya don't be a fool You govt refused to give aid to starving Tanzanians Our economy is great it will soon double yours
TayserMahri: Ednited! Thats the OG, see a bunch of Africans reacting to the song unfortunately there was no Ethiopian. Most Ethiopians dont have this OG vibe which is possibly why you dont like it.
The reason why Kenyan slums houses can't be of concrete walls is because the slum dwellers know full well that the land isn't theirs. They can't risk putting up a modern facilities lest the government demolishes them when it wants it's land back! Some of the slums are even built on riparian lands like river banks! All this is illegal but the human side of the government can't demolish this structures!
As for Nigeria, most part of Abeoukuta City is a slum and the land belongs to the citizens, the only exception is their floating slum known as Makoko!
mtisTheQubit: dang it soweto looking good there..i can bet the shags also got running water an electricity unlike some so called cities in Africa
Interesting-lot's of Kenyan companies are mulling going into Ethiopia, but their policy environment is so restrictive especially in the banking and the telecommunication sector!
mtisTheQubit: i have a friend who goes there every month (mambo na mapenzi )...tells me the place is ok but eth economy is kinda closed..they need to open it asap
We need more babes photos.Doesn't have to be about the damn roads and skyscrapers all the damn time! But Nigerians wouldn't help themselves, they'll all be in droves going to Ethiopia to scam their women!
mtisTheQubit: @Ednited...mresh thanks for the ETH babes photos ya posted..keep em coming
Isn't that the norm? Brides from most parts of the world will either cover their eyes or the entire face at some stage of the wedding before revealing themselves!
ednited: Beautiful cloth and simple. But why she got her eyes covered?
Why the meltdown? You already have a poor tax to gdp ratio! You need to up your socks in as far as revenue collection is concerned!
68816419: Nigeria is indeed Rising Non oil sectors makes up of around 54 % components of revenue generated by the federal Government The non oils sectors was around 2.467T (54%) Naira while Kenya total Revenue( including all mining actives and Natural resources) stood at around 720B KSH and yet Nigeria still gat more than three times bigger Revenue than Kenya total generated Revenue minus Lagos,PH,Ogun and other IGR . Lagos " own" IGR = STOOD AT 659B Ogun state N74.84bn
You guyz can only rant ruthlessly and it wont Change the fact that
A new fast rising slum is springing up in the said Nairobi metro
Korogocho, kintengela, mathare, kibera are still among 66 areas of Nairobi slum. How can kenya even think of Smart city when virtually the whole of central Nairobi is unplanned with limited sources of water for the city. Just BRT looks like rocket science, not even talking of advanced public systems, traffic and disaster management and yet you want to claim smart city. All the small cities like orange island, diamond island, grace field Phoenix etc all have the needed infrastructure for a smart city.
Think of anything, Lagos is already making or as already made waves long ago.
Vaxx just30
You guyz shouldn't even be present when they talk smart cities because you are largely uninformed about anything smart city. But don't worry Accra is the smartest and most developed African city; D Kumasi is the most richest African city by GDP while Tema on the other hand is Africas industrial hub
You guyz should develop your city to compete with Africa's largest city. Africa's biggest city by GDP.
Let the ranting continue, LAGOS IS MADLY ON STEROID TO SET THE PACE FOR AFRICAN CITIES
The 600 million plus dollars was how much the revenue grew during that first half of year 2017/2018.I didn't expect him to get it,I'm not even surprised!
That was how much the revenue grew further and not the total revenue! You get it?
68816419: Whats D fck is diversified about your economy when your country only generated less than what Lagos generated last year,Not to even mention Nigeria ? Nigeria Customs 2018 revenue hits N1.1trn while FIRS( Federal Inland Revenue Servic) generate N5.3trn revenue in 2018, targets N8trn in 2019 Kenya is too Tiny to be compared with "Giant" Nigeria
We are borrowing to finance big money infrastructure projects of great significance. We are not borrowing to eat(to fund our recurrent expenditure) .Our debt figure will actually reduce arriving at 2022(UNLESS WE GO FOR MORE DEBT), by then our GDP will be at around 127 billion dollars(as per the IMF projections). This would significantly reduce our debt to GDP ratio!
Just30: of course most of Ghana and Kenya debt can be serviced with ease because the debt was spent on viable projects
the US cannot repay it 22 trillion bebt the money was spent on the millitary even attempting to pay that debt will collapse it economy.
global trade is dominated by the dollar but that wont last for long.
Tax to GDP ratio comparison between economies! An attempt for Nigerian to raise the tax to gdp ratio will land them into problems. They simply cannot tax more because that GDP isn't the actual gdp! They can no way raise taxes more than 15% or even 12% of their GDP! That would be too much for them as that GDP doesn't reflect the reality on the ground! Kenya should be aiming for 19/20 % and not the usual 18%
