Give it up already. There is nothing Nigeria or Lagos can teach Kenya in anything serious - maybe music, soccer & nollywood. If I go ahead to dissect what 75B naira (around 200M) that is classified as other-tax in Lagos (forget about the miniscule taxes you collect as a state) - and we can see if Lagos can even collect that much money from parking fees, land rates and single business license.

What a joke of a country it is! The good thing about it is that you'll buy a Prado at a price of a harrier in TZ. Didn't know that a Kenyan can live like a king there! It's almost like how a European would feel when buying stuffs in most African countries!
