Whether you like it or not, the huge Kenyan budget, even with the corruption, enables Kenya to accomplish mega infrastructure projects. and Btw, I dont expect your LNG to even get started. Another round of potentially fruitless talks slated for Sep. Your poor govt has resigned to fate after realizing it will never afford to finance it. How do private companies pay for such a vital asset? Will you even ever manage to extract your mineral wealth? LNG is definitely another Bagamoyo in waiting. Don't talk insurance. Kenya is doing badly but in SSA it's only second to South Africa. Nigeria basically has non-existent insurance sector...very tiny.
