The Military should as much as possible track phone calls of killed BH.

A Short story of my experience here …………

During the old days visiting Rann( 2017 and 2018) Whenever the Military goes on operation around Wulgo, Kirenowa, Chukungudum extending to Mallam Fatori. The Military Kills some of these BH Bastards and return back to operational base of Gamboru or Rann.

They usually notice the locals who are relatives of the deceased in Rann or Gamboru will do a fidau prayer for some of their dead brothers. At a time Military COs were arresting locals who participated in this grin

How do the Locals know who and who the Military killed in an operation? Even sometimes the Military kill them and abandon their bodies there. How do locals know who and who has died?

Too many wahala for this war.

Brb make I take bicycle stroll around town grin
tdey careful oo. but marte don clam oo.all those area you call na dangerous area. wetin my guy see for their eh.

You guys should please think.

There are only 3 LCH helicopters produced, none is in Indian Air Force & Army service.

Why would you think the Nigerian army that has no experience flying and operating basic helicopters, no experience with flying advanced helicopters would suddenly purchase a helicopter that's not in service anywhere in the world?

Can't you see how unreasonable such a procurement sounds?
it is true sha.i have asked people with intel, they all say no that intel but say maybe a c14 classified info. But for me i think the guy just decided to right this when he saw the pic of army pilot and indians, may be he wish they was going to be a procurement

Nigeria is not buying any LCH from HAL.
do not say that with confident. Even if i do not support the intel but you have no knowledge of military procurement.because i do not see nigeria army sending their pilot to india without something in mind. Army is full of secreat procurement

I was specific on the Army. You saw what i wrote about the artillery shells. I told you they were purchased by deals from South Africa. But not all our deals are conducted within the Nigerian government and foreign governments. T 72 ain't brand new. They were purchased from stock.
Our rifles are purchased from the black market, I'll keep stressing this. Am a lover of our military, but we need to be realistic.
I kept stressing "majority". I didn't say all. I said "majority". Beryl rifles are in little numbers compared to our AKMs. We have alot of Chinese made AKMs,AKMs from Eastern Europe, etc. If we were not purchasing rifles from the black market, why are our rifles not standardised? We purchased but just this present administration do it alot. I didn't say past administrations didn't purchased through process.
oga you say this, because you have no knowledge of military rifle and equipment

Why do you think the guy from Niger republic, ran away with do much money, why do you think south African's blocked the private jet, carrying money for weapons.....we did a lot of black market weapons buying, almost every country does it.....
oga why did think of liaring(lying) everytime, why do you think of puting liar on another person adminstration.the niger guy happen during GEJ the private jet stuff nobody know whether it black market or not.because last time i check SA do not have black market stuff

Stormtrooper11:

1. Our standard rifles
2. T-72 tanks(were not purchased by deals)
3. We still import Artillery shells (few deals with countries like South Africa)
4. Some light tanks and IFVs acquired during the previous administration
Note, i said "were". I didn't mean the present. I'm informed. We all know majority of our small arms, were procured from the black market. Small arms are a large bulk and percentage of our Army. Don't misquote me please. I am not stupid, i won't deny and be ignorant on the successes of our Army
oga take time oo, which black market? dey one for your community ni. most of the small arm are either produce in dicon or bought from producer,or you think say na police rifle.even some police rifles are new. dey t 72 mbt i agree was not but most are lacking spare part.or you want tell us say, our tavor na black market work. most of the ak nigeria army are using are obj 006

But I blame the Military too brother. It was glaring Baga was the target when they started attacking several FOBs in Kukawa LGA. Immediately they dislodged Soldiers at some FOBs there it didn’t take up to a month before they struck at Baga.

In fact as Humanitarians in that axis we got signal of impending attack three weeks before the D-day and pulled out completely.

Baga remains a big financial prize especially during raining season as that fishing Biz can rake in Millions of Naira.
Moreover, these BH guys are a lol bit smart. They’ll use a small number to attack an FOB waiting for the Battalion Soldiers to go for reinforcements, before you say Jack the real squad have started attacking the main Battalion. That’s why sometimes some CO are being careful with the reinforcements call cool
na true you talk sha.dis make me remember 120 taskforce bn bama wetin my eye see eh

But with the weaponry I usually see there. I’m surprised how it was overrun. And BH I heard didn’t come through water. I heard they came through the Mile 4 MNTJF entrance.

The civil defence could compliment the police as they have manpower shortages, they could be our National guard, or at least that was the purpose for which they were intended.

We can't go from Civil to military response as we have always done, they could be some kind of buffer before deploying the military in internal security issues.

Most curfews are enforced by military personnel, that should not be the case.

All that talk about expanding recruitment when we haven't been able to take care of personnel on the ground is ridiculous IMHO.

It would just further shrink the size of capital expenditure in favour of recurrent expenditure.

Let's give the police the attention that they desperately need

I believe we all have our biases sha, I would love the NAF to get more platforms, also NA.

But let's not neglect those which primary duties are internal policing.

Like civil defence who just basically collect salaries, I believe they can do a lot more, if they are the priority of policy makers
it will not be bad if civil defence are turn to forest guard. i will love more fund to go to tactical police squad they will be more effective if been fund.sts, psf, IGP swat are know working in the northwest and east
