For the matured men here, how long should a man abstain from sexual activity if wifey delivered a child,
Another thing is how do men cope that period? I mean sexually. From the information my wife is giving me is that we need to avoid anything sexually for 4month, just to avoid unforeseen pregnant, is this true, how una dey take cope Na? Sexually?

As a student of English; look for interesting Novel, newspaper or Bible and always read outwardly, whenever you read, read outwardly pronounce every difficult word you found repeatedly it will help.
Another method is always speak in your mind if there's any mistake correct them before speaking out. Do this for 21days and they shall be improvement I promise.

I am not really bothered about this because all I know is that I am doing the right thing.

And it shall be well with you, I am talking from experience, I paid for my waec twice, I supported my younger one's through school, I paid all my fees while at the University, despite that nothing will make me cut my family out, nothing, and by the grace of God I am doing absolutely well in life, because their prayers is paving way for me, and I am proud of them.

Please go to another hospital. There are good hospitals in Jos they can cater for your child. My sister had her son at 32 weeks they were well cared for and discharged after 3 days. She'll be fine. God is in control. If you need help with good hospitals around please let me know.

Good morning my brother and sister, my daughter was born prematurely in a hospital here in Jos plateau state, she's in s.c.b.u The nurse refused to attend to her, claiming they don't have enough incubator to warm her, I have to remove my shirt and singlet and I have placed her on my chest, so she can feel my body warmness, I covered her with a blanket, we have been like this for 5hours. Please house help a brother.
