In Lagos there are Bad Roads too. Show me one Good road from between agbara to Badagry roundabout, even in ikorodu too. All states have Bad roads, even up north. Governors just spend money on most major roads and in the capital of the state.

Every year atleast twice they promise to clear the road and after two days they are back on the road because the governor only inspect for a day and go back to his office.

You can't use your car going to work in Apapa. Car has turn to for Sunday only. Between 2nd Rainbow and mile 2 dose police men will collect money to park tankers on the road. 3 lanes angry

Attimes it will be on Red and wont change attimes it will be on green when others are on green but I can tell u for Sure people obey them mostly Private cars but u see this commercial vehicles . See many things dont work in this country . Law enforcement agents have spoilt them because of exchange of bribe every now and then
