I think in everything, the rule of law has to be followed. Jonathan followed the rule of law in handing over power to Buhari after losing the election. That was the constitutional requirement. He therefore didn't do anything spectacular. Buhari too should follow the rule of law and ensure punishment for looting the treasury or theft is meeted out to Jonathan if he is found culpable for theft or money laundering.
