Thnks Honeyguy. Am actually Looking at Permanent place and not rental. Looking at buying a Very Big Land and Build Big hall with all Facilities and then rent out to people and also will have all kinds department that can handle parties. Which i just wanna be sure before starting the projects.

Good one, you really need to consider some few things. Just starting a business you need to charge a reasonable price for your services.

If other's take 20k from Student, you can easily take 15-18k, with this you can get more responds and student joining your school and also make sure you get qualified teacher's,lecturers, 2. Go to Secondary Schools, do seminar for the students about IT after Secondary school, immediately dey finish SS3, they can start learning.

Hey Bro, My Best Advise is that you should Invest your Money in Nija. Its not just about travelling abroad but about what you wanna do abroad, we that are outside the country has better experince " Remember the Quote " Ile la bo simi Oko " If you can Invest the fund, Make more then you can decide to travel and then you have your Business runing in Nija and start a new Life in Canada.

If you go with all the Money you have got, the money won't be enough to start life in Canada .

So think very well, that why most of us outside Nija, we are rich back home but when you get abroad we become the other way.


So bros mi, think ham well. Its better to Invest and make More Money before leaving.

How will it now cost to Build the Bungalow itself after we have spent close to 1m on Foundation, then what will a foundation of the Duplex cost? 5m?
