komekn: I also would like to see Aluko in that team playing just behind the striker or as a number 10. Aluko is proven established and consistent and only 28, he probably would be supposedly one of the oldest Nigerians to like foreign things na wetin dae affect us for this country I repeat the midfield has jelled already and they cannot scatter it cos of aluko ...aluko is good but cannot break into our starting SE 11 Chai he is even 28 we are building a team that will last us for 10 years biko pls no aluko abeg we should b clamouring for players like onyekuru..kalu etc |

forgiveness: If Iheancho is the only player to be considered as a striker then Dominic Solanke is better.
Aluko and Onyedima will break intothe team. the team has jelled already no space for aluko ... solanke is an academy player also for Christ sake onyedinma won't even make our bench I still prefer iheanacho (4 goals in 5 matches for SE) over solanke an academy player |

forgiveness: Sheyi Ojo was playing in the Championship with Wolves before he was recalled from loan to play in Premier-league last season.
This season, he was a sure banker to make the team before injury blighted his season.
All the players I mentioned are not Academy players.
Sheyi and Ovie are considered Liverpool first team players before injuries came their ways.
Which one is academy player on my list? which one is injury ? he was injured fine...is he the first player to be injured? after he recovered from injury what happened? he was sent to the u-23s even Isaac success was also injured but immediately after he recovered he was back in the first team comparing success to ojo is like comparing ronaldo to Andy carrol ojo is an academy player take it or leave it how many matches has he played this season |

maidaboi: let seyi ojo wins granada player of the season or any club break their transfer record because of him he is not succes class, is musa a bad player give me one match he perform badly because he play in bosnia does not make him a bad player, simon is better player than lookman let him make everton starting line up his first then we can debate, solanke will not makes man city reserved talkless of bench,Victor at age of 17 has break a record at the world cup stage, i can bet at the age of 19 we be will talking about him in german league not league 2 in England lol success is better than ojo.(ojo na academy player now) ... but that lookman is far far better than Simon lookman has been starting for Everton since they bought him (apart from their last 2 matches) most of all this Anglo Nigerians them b academy players or bench warmers back to back from onomah to solanke to ojo to ibe to aina the only Anglo Nigerian player way deserve call up to SE for now na Tammy Abraham..lookman and odubanjo the rest are bunch of academy players forgiveness and komekn I lie? |

komekn: I talk about Sone Aluko in the context that he should be one of the first players on the list for selection.
When it comes to engaging Nigerian origin players, well what should be asked is how, when, the manner and context in which they were approached.
That may answer some of the questions why there are reports of negative response admittedly not substantiated reports.
However, I will give it to Amaju that he really did a very good job of convincing Ibe but there are other issues. convincing ibe? ibe wasn't convinced him eye just open say no hope for 3lions besides ....Ibe can't make SE bench @ the moment |

komekn: I talk about Sone Aluko in the context that he should be one of the first players on the list for selection. OK but i don't think aluko can be a starter in this present SE setup the midfield has jelled already sir the only inclusion rohr can allow is just NDIDI |

Icon4s: Note that not all are good enough for the Super Eagles. We should only invite players that will add value to the team and not to invite them bc they are Nigerians born in England.
You and I know the entire English youths system is overrated. for now I think we only need Tammy Abraham nd moses odubanjo(when he his back from injury)... cos we are already covered in the other departments |

TheGoodJoe: Why? I disagree. We have grown in possession football. Had some memorable wins. We never beat Barcelona until Guardiola came. We have seen much improvements in players. The only challenge I see is Guardiola adapting to on-field tactics with subs.
The players worked hard, we created loads of good chances and wasted them. Guardiola can not take blame for that.
The defence is old and with fresher defenders, I see the team doing wonders. Also, Guardiola made a mistake opting for Kolarov over Otamendi. Apart from that, nice game. Do you think the man city of this season is better than the mancity of last season ? |
