The Geography of attitude.

Attitude determine how far you will go in life(altitude) so it is very important.

Having faith in God is attitude, the way you relate with people, way you talk, act and think is attitude.
Laziness is an attitude.
Procastination is an attitude.
Dishonesty etc

Your attitude can make you miserable or happy, build or break you. It can make you friends and can also make you enemies if u are not careful.

Our attitude and consequent actions determine what happens to us.

Growing up, I was constantly bullied and sexually abused which resulted to not just struggling with anxiety, depression but anger...

I sleep angry and wake up angry.. Everything got me upset...

I was angry for being angry..

Imagine asking yourself " why are you even angry?" then you get angry..

Life was miserable!!

Communication and intrapersonal kills was 0%.. You guess right! I struggled to have healthy relationships..


Then it dawned on me, that's not the life i want to life and if truly I want to maximize my potentials and achieve all my dreams, I need to change something( ME).

Logically, I had an excuse right? " people stole my innocence and broke me
Hey, I am this way because people did this to me" make perfect sense but living life at effect of what happened in the past is allowing others be in control of your life .. I was tired of being a VICTIM.

So I decided to detox my life because the future looks bright when you have the right attitude and it makes the present enjoyable.

have is more important than beauty, education e.t.c

There are certain things we can do to improve the state of our mental health from a poor state to a good state and this trick works like magic.

1. Always sleep on the right side of the bed:

Haven't you noticed how cranky you get when you wake up on the wrong side of your bed?

So never you sleep on the wrong side lol I don't mean that literally...

Getting the right amount of sleep is great for a good state of mind and can boost your productivity level as well.

2. Take a breather: If possible take a few minutes break outside to get some fresh air..

A change of scenery to get some sunlight and air just for few minutes help reduce stress as it regulate drowsiness causing hormone called melatonin.

3. Focus on the positive things: when you focus on the positive things in your life, It helps reduce anxiety by 60℅ which can push you to a great place mentally..

One way to do this is through meditation.

Pick a position you find really comfortable.
Just open your mind for thoughts to flow in and out but positive thoughts only..

When you have just left a relationship, a job, a place being in another relationship, getting another job seems to be like the right thing to do isn't it?

Logically, that seems right but do you know the right thing to do after a breakup is not to jump into another relationship but to look after yourself.

I know you've been told healing is stressful, tiring and all that

Society has made healing or moving on to mean hopping onto the next person, next job or thing.

We often define healing to be replacement.

When you are sick or injured and you go to a doctor, you'll be asked " how do you feel" how did you get injured" who did this?"

You'd be asked lots of question so they can know how to help you by giving you the right care/treatment.

So why are you not caring for yourself?

You'd just left a relationship instead of jumping onto another person, take time to heal by asking yourself " Who was I before I went into a relationship with this person, who was I when with him/her, who am I now? " Am I better? Do I still know who I am?

Take time to reflect by asking yourself " How was I treated in the relationship, how did I treat myself , how did I treat my partner?

Find out If it was toxic or good.

Ask yourself, What led to the breakup..

When you assess yourself honestly, You save yourself from possibly repeating the same cycle of bad partners and relationship.

Also, when you ask yourself questions on if you were the problem in the relationship, if you lost yourself.

The answers to those questions would help you embark on a journey to recovery, improving yourself and eventually you know how to make the right choice next time..

Likewise, If you just left a job ask yourself If you could have done anything differently.

Ask yourself "if you carry out your duties professionally" why did you leave, were you the problem or the people you worked with" were you incompetent" how can you do better next time"?
