Does the 8 months have appreciable impact on your CRS score? Perhaps you could get ITA without those 8 nights.
serious impact, without it my score will drop to 408 but if i am able to prove it, it will be 433.

Okay. So do they have registered companies? Can they "employ" you for those 8 months? Perhaps at different times within those 8 months? And then provide you with some employment reference as an "employee", not as a freelancer.
okay, will explore this option, although only one of them has a registered company.

i would have loved to wait at my current employment to accumulate this outstanding 8 months afresh, but i could have PPR by then,if i go in now

This is a very tricky one. Though you might have been self-employed during this period, you can't claim points for it since you didn't have a company as at then. To IRCC, this is just your personal history, not employment history. Given the info you've shared, I don't think you can claim points with this.

However, you might have an out. Why don't you speak to these three consultants and suggest that one of them consider you an employee during a good part of that 37-month period, during which you worked with them. Of the three, one of them should at least be able to offer you something as a means of assistance. He/she could offer you a back-dated job letter and then a reference letter which you can present to CIC. Of course, you also have to let him know your plans so that if they tried to contact him, he'll confirm your "employment".

Besides this, I don't think you have a lot of options. Of course, make sure you identify the proper NOC before requesting a letter from any of the consultants.
thanks for your response, i think i wasnt clear enough, of the 37 months, i did freelance for 8 months as i have since moved on to get fully documented contracts. the 3 consultants employed me for one project spanning over the 8 months period and paid me accordinggly from their personal accounts

Good evening seniors,
I have a serious or complicated concern and will really appreciate your advise even if you have not been in my shoes before.

In total i have about 37 months of work experience but the challenge is that about 8 months of this, i was a freelance IT consultant, so people hired me when they get a project and i get paid on an agreed term(milestones). In this particular period, 3 consultants agreed to bring me on a particular project and so i got paid from the 3 of them at different times during the project.

Since there was no formal documentation(no contract document at all) and its almost impossible to get a reference letter since its not a company per se,what can i do to claim points for the said period? i mean the 8 month period.

anybody please

Hello joyful mothers, congrats to the latest mamas. our testimony is closer than we can imagine. pls am on the slim side and doc diagnosed me with pcos this year. I had an HSG last year and it said bilateral tubal blockage. i have been on serrapeptase, dong quai, and castor oil.

I am planning to do a repeast HSG at the end of this month. can someone pls recommend a lab centre that performs HSG with the aim to open tubes.

i believe this will all end with my testimony.

P.S: I have been pregnant before, but had a mc and since then looking to God. I will be 3yrs in my marriage this year.
