Congratulations. Go and prosper in our new country.

Please i want to contact you as regards processing the PEBC for my friend. She registered and paid in 2017 but did not complete the registration as she was confused about the process. Will appreciate your guidance.

Oya oooo...you people should gather round. It's my turn to testify. I've been reading people's testimony since part 3, now it's my turn grin

God has finally freed me from the shackles of IELTS (shudders at the mention of that test) after 3 attempts.

As a pharmacist, I've written extremely difficult exams
in pharmacy school and passed them all. Never have i imagined I'll be humbled by an examination in my lifetime.

Actually started preparation very early, around june, cause i wanted to "blast the test in one sitting ". Started with listening and was doing excellently in all my practices. I however concentrated more on writing, since almost all the 6.5 I've been seeing on this thread has always been on writing. Registered for November 10th with MOD after almost 5 months of practice, so you understand how high my confidence was. Well.....

1st attempt: LRSW 7,6.5,7.5,7.5.

The 7 in Listening was understandable cos somehow, mysteriously, i just panicked in the middle of the listening test and couldn't follow the conversation. There was this sudden urge to get all the answers right that made me panicked.

Reading, however, was a shock. shocked i could have sworn I'll get a 9 in it. If not for the listening score, i would have reqiested for a remark.

Surprisingly, writing turned out better than i had expected.

Well, i

The testimony waiting for you is SUPER and dynamic.

Since you have finally crossed the IELTS and age hurdle with a score of 443, my advise is that you wait in the pool with your spouse as accompanying. ITA will definitely fall on you this first quarter of 2019. You have been strong and resilient. Having waited this long and scaled through, be a little more patient and at peace.God will grant your hear desires in Jesus name.

as well s the age

Good Morning Everyone!
Happy New Year!!

Congratulations to all on your PPRs and ITAs...some of you have contributed significantly to this thread and I am so happy to hear your good news!.

For those who don't know where I am coming from, I will just give a brief recap of my dilemma (please be patient as it has twists and turns): I had received an initial ITA and at the point of submission realised my husband's IELTS results had expired and we sadly had to decline the ITA. I was in the pool as PA and unaccompanying spouse with a crs of 451 and received another ITA. However I was too scared to decline this ITA. The last ITA of 2018 came and if I had declined the ITA and added my husband, we would have been fine. After all the research pointed to the fact that sponsoring a spouse would be hard, we took the very painful decision to reject the ITA. I had lost 5 points due to age and my IELTS expired on 7th of January.

So I took a break from nairaland, enjoyed my Christmas and registered for IELTS 5th of January. Had a LRWS score of 9,9,7 and 7.5.

My husband wrote IELTS on 1st of December (BC)..received results a LWRS - 6.5,6.5,6 and 8. Immediately applied for an EOR- yet to receive the results

my IELTS EXPIRES ON 7TH JANUARY.

IF I DONT GET IN THE NEXT ONE THEN I HAVE TO WRITE IELTS AGAIN.
The journey is dynamic for everyone. Since your Hubby was not planning to follow the family initially, i think you should be at peace with your decision and move on. Except you are sure you have the ability to Max out IELTS according to your calculations

I am so so so so frustrated right now.
My sister, when i saw the ITA score,it was your case that came to my mind. But i feel you should still be thankful and move on with your application if you have submitted. God knows best

[quote author=joo2018 post=73934173]Your case is unique. At this point, you need divine direction. If i may ask, what is your husbands opinion on the issue at hand? Will he support the option of unaccompanied spouse? if he will, then i think you should go for it.Maxing out ielts is a gamble in this era, but God will make it happen only if you work towards it and believe.. Should in case he is not comfortable with idea, then you have to take the bull by the horn. In all make sure you are convinced about your choice to avoid regrets and leave all in Gods hands.

I mentioned it during interrogation. Probably they wouldnt hve tested for it if i didn't mention it. The reason is that they called to ask for consent to test my spouses blood sample for Hepatitis,

Finally, i have gotten the report and submitted. The nurse mentioned that i didn't have to wait to submit the Gastro result before submitting my e-apr.

i appreciate your input

KINGTELLER:
Is HB-v included in IOM medical test, or was it during doctor interrogation about past medical record that you disclose HB-v status?

Lastruct:
If you still have enough time to submit your eAPR, You may wait till you get the report, otherwise, go ahead and submit, once the report is ready, mail it to your panel physician for upload to your application.
However, there is no much issue on Hep B, what is important is that you carry out all required test and your gastro giving a quality report including addressing history, diagnosis, management needs and expected prognosis. Let your test also include hepatitis serology and recent LFTs, Fibroscan or liver ultrasound. He should also specify if antiviral treatment is required. Looking at the results you will also know if they are okay or not. You should be fine especially of you have been placed on drug or supplements as your case may require.

Follow up with the Gastro doctor if there are no major issues with your test results. Regards
I appreciate all the enlightenment and contributions. I will push for another 5 days, if the report is not ready, i will submit . God bless you all. I am grateful.

Good evening to my dear online family. Been a silent reader and have learnt a lot. God bless all the contributors.
Please i have a situation and need advise from seniors here. Biko SOS sad huh
I am post ITA but there is an issue with my medical. Had medicals done at IOM and found out i have Hep B during the medical exam and was refereed to see a Gastro for further consultation so as to obtain a medical report to submit back at the clinic before they will upload my medicals on CIC e-portal. Medicals for all other family members were uploaded and the clinic gave me information sheet print out for all of us. Getting the report has been hectic as the Doctor has been delaying the process and time is no longer on my side though still waiting as all the required tests had been done; waiting for result and report. My question is that can i go ahead and submit my e-apr pending the time i get the Gastro medical report since i already have required form to upload for the ITA? I have read on the thread about applicants with Hep B issue and eventually got PPR but haven't seen any with my exact scenarios.

Please help!!! cry cry cry
