I recently found a way to earn an alternative stream of income online by clicking ads and responding to captchas that ACTUALLY WORKS. Yes. They do not have an embassy in Nigeria.

There's actually a slight difficulty about that except you're willing to take the plunge. By that, I mean take some bold steps, which of course costs money. Travel to the country where they have an embassy.
Cairo, Egypt is one. And Dubai, UAE, is another. Take a pick.

The option of a cable visa doesn't count for ordinary passport holders like most Nigerians, except you're not one. Only diplomatic passport holders can apply for the cable visa online; or except you meet the ASAN requirements(which you do not qualify for as Nigerian).

Another option would be to mail your documents to either place, if you have a TRUSTWORTHY CONTACT. But I'll strongly advise against that.

Getting a visa to Baku when i came here like 3 years ago was easy, but now because of their new policies since 2011, it is difficult. On getting a job, u'l have to learn the language for at least 4-5 months if u already a professional or got a "recognized university degree" Professional Cert (CIMA, ACCA, Engineering, Customer service with years of experience in ur related field)or 9 months if u intend to study for undergraduate.

Please is Nigerian university degree certificate recognized over there?

Sir you cannot take the whole Delta State. Too large geographically. You have to choose either, Asaba axis which comprises Asaba urban and surrounding towns like Ogwashiku et.al. or Warri which covers Warri, Sapele, Ughelli et.al or you settle for the Agbor axis.
