Firstfruit of your increase means the first part of any increase you obtain. Might be the first salary on a job, or the first salary after a promotion to another level. For Hannah, it was her first born Samuel.

Because the IG is their junior Officer shouldn't augment their retirement from the force.at least they should be allowed to serve in various capacities..

In other countries. Seniority is the watch for such appointments buy here in Nigeria everything is favouritism...

Being forcefully retired is just like been sacked..with benefits of retirement. You loose your Job just because your junior was appointed over u and you can't serve under Him in such para millary or military settings

That's the best thing to do for optimum performance. If not, the fear of your boss will not make you do the work as you are supposed to. Some may even threaten you.

It's just like asking Nuhu Ribadu to go back to the police force after all he did to the then IGP Tafa Balogun

I think this appointment follows Buhari's agenda of putting Economy into the hands of the the south-south and south-west and putting security into the hands of the North-Central, North-East, etc

Ministers of communication, health, finance, solid minerals, petroleum, CBN, etc come from the west and the south while offices concerning security are given to the northerners including the IGP

So I'll just implore the south and west to do their best and be found faithful in it. If the economy is bad today, it's because of the south and west and if security is breached, it is because of the northerners
