There is one more test to go. The "competence based test" datz what they called it. Medical and offer letters to follow

@ is it another vacancy or d next stage of d skill specific test conducted by dragnet? Competence based test in most organziations is 2 check consistency. If u have done a personality test b4 then u will do it again. Ur level of consistency is what will be checked

Well it dependz on d angle u lukin @ it from. Diamond payz 165k, zenith payz 109k. Zenith is however d most capitalised bank in Nigeria presently. With GTB reviewing their pay structure and firstbank payin above 200k, am sure they will be considering reviewing their pay structure as well which might likely top diamond. Itz a tough call bt I fink zenith is more respected cause they aint retail banking oriented.

@ owenlyn, it isn't acceptable in d corporate world. But most interviewers ignore dat because they knw we are naïve and really don't knw much bt some people get unlucky sometimes wif interviewers like d one I got "devil incanate" who might use dat against u. I just got 2 knw as well. My advice do not use again 2 be on d safe side.

@ kunle and ogogomadu, I did get an email 24hrz after d interview. everyone of us interviewed did get an email. D ones wif positive response are resuming on monday. Itz nt as if they don't accept Engineers. My interviewer wasn't just convinced I love banking since I didn't even knw black ties were unacceptable. It was just another learning process my people. He was actually right anyway, bank is my last resort. Am luking higher than that. #wink.... @ d guy wif 2008 gmat askin where abstract is I can't believe u just asked that. Anyway, if ur GMAT is nt ABA made it would have a table of content. Go thru dat 4 directions

@ ogogambus I did nt make it O •°˚˚°•. My interviewer (devil incanate) said I wore a black tie which is unacceptable. Said I read engineering bin a smart one @ dat from ma record wil leave GTB when chevron or mobil comes calling. I tried my best 2 convince him bt he wasn't quite satisfied I fink. My colleagues are resuming on monday. Sowie I am nt contributing again jooor. Just wana go past dat part of ma life.

U guyz should stop disturbing urself wif inbox materials. Just get a GMAT 2007, 2008 or 2012 and study d abstract, verbal (true,false, can't say), and diagramatic reasoning. Wif dat u are gud 2 go. D verbal @ workforce aint like dragnet, itz more of shl and GMat. D questions @ workforce is quite cheap bt time is very limited. Datz where d challenge is.

@10glider, my friend wif d nerdy googles. Is dis interview d last stage of d recruitment? When will they end d interview self? Some of u still pending d interview, try and ask dis questions abeg when u told 2 ask them a question.

@ joboy u need 2 relax, ur blood deh hot. Some of ma colleagues we wrote d test 2geda are already in training skul. Itz in batches wait 4 ur time. Dnt go and implicate urself. So far u passed and true wif documentation, u would be called. Just focus on other places and when d time is right u would be contacted

D 2nd interview one-on-one is d final one b4 medicals and training skul in chronological order. I didn't ‾̴̴͡͡‾̴̴͡͡ d CEO. My interview was @ ikoyi branch. D head of d branch was d interviewer.

2nd interview was similar 2 d first. D normal questions were asked. I had a small issue anyway, my interviewer didn't like d fact I wore a stripped shirt. He was also particular I studied engr. he said I luk lilke someone that won't stay 2 long. I tried 2 convince him sha. D rest is in God's hand. Best of luck 2 u peepz
