Well I am not surprise, there will always be doubters. I guess when Google Adsense started, there were doubting thomases like you. And by the way, No body is promising heaven and earth, you will definitely work for it. My favorite so far is the Avocado Detox Smoothie. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, about 1 minute, adding water to reach the desired consistency.
Experiment with fruits and vegetables smoothies until you find the ones that you like.
Skipping a meal and replacing it with smoothies has alot of health benefits.
