My brother that is the wicked deception of Obaseki. That refinery is an entirely private refinery.the state govt is not a partner in the refinery except providing land. It is like Sanwo Olu claiming Sanford refinery as a state project. The listed companies are the owners of the refinery. As a matter of fact there are 9 such modular refineries around the country even in Delta.but the govts will not claim private companies. Because it has not done anything substantial in 4years it is claiming private projects as state projects.

I actually watched a video of him campaigning in okpella saying he cannot believe the road in the community has not been given attention by govts. Forgetting he has been governor for 4years and he was in the same community 4years ago to campaign. Obaseki is a fraudster.
