I couldnt find any information on the Zero pro except the ones posted on Nairaland.
If the information is true, im gonna drop the inote pro for the izero pro.

I dont know why they are wasting time to make this phone available in Naija. If i wait for Jesus like im waiting for this phone, i must surely make heaven.
This monopolistic trade by Jumia is really getting on my nerves.

I dont wanna go for the i.one when i dey hear rumors about the inote pro.

Meanwhile, jumia havent refunded my N22,999 since 22nd of january.
After much presure i mounted on them, they assured me that they have sent a reversal instruction to interswitch and my account will be credited within 5-10 Days. The message was on the 19th and its already 10 days, i'm yet to receive my alert.
You guys should stop treating your customers like jackass.

Im waiting for this inote pro from jumia, but it seems they are silent about it.
I contacted the customer care about when it will be available and they said they have no information about the phone. Infact the way he sounded was like they don't know the phone exists.

Jumia people, When will the innjoo note PRO be available on jumia and what's the cost?

I've done that severally, they would tell me to provide my card details which i did via email..
My annoyance is that, i chat with them on Facebook, they promised to revert the order on which i agreed, and requested for another product instead since the note price has gone up, but along the line, they stoped replying..

To refund my money is problem, to revert with a new order is also a problem..
Jumia is so annoying.

Meanwhile jumia is still owing me N22,999 since 22 January 2015.. I have sent my details twice, on email and Facebook. I just sent the last on 17, tomorrow will be 5 days as promised, let me see how that goes..

This is getting serious, I'm disappointed in jumia.

Please, primson and other jumia agents here, tell your bosses in the company or people in the finance team to refund me of 22999 that was debited from my account in order for the innjoo note, Yet, I received am email saying the order was inconclusive..

Since 22 January, I was assured to get my refund within 10 days, but I'm yet to get, that's disappointing for the African no. 1 online retailer.

Don't tell me to call customer care cos they are not helping, and the call is so damn cheap..

I've been chasing this fone for more than three months, No progress.

Please o, this is serious.. Somebody come to my aid.. Where are the Jumia salesmen and staffs here, please hear me out..

I ordered for the innjoo note from jumia on the 13th of January this year, due to the unavailability of other accessories, I decided to order for the note and wait for the others..
I paid online and my account was debited of 22,999 naira.
After three days, I got an email from jumia saying my payment wasn't processed successfully,
I replied that my account was debited and they asked me to provide all the card details upon their request which I did..


I got a reply that it will be forwarded to the finance team and my money will be refunded within 5-10 working days..

I was Happy the way I was assured, and her name was Ann, the lady that mostly reply my emails.
It now turned sore because it's been 13 days and I have got no emails regarding my refund or any refund to my account atall..

Please jumia staffs, this is really frustrating. What is happening, I seriously need a reply..
