Well, buying a real estate always was a great idea. I've found out not so long ago that the real estate in the Philippines becomes cheaper and now I'm about to invest some money in the resorts and stuff. One of my business partners gave me this idea. Also, he told me how to make best real estate investment Philippines by buying it in proper cities and near popular resorts. Right now really is a best time to buy it, because it's fallen in price. And after Covid pandemic will end, it will start to grow again.

No matter how anxious we might be, there are some important things to consider before going out on the 4th of May, as a cure to this virus has not been known.

Below are the reasons why you should remain indoor on the 4th of May.

1. Don't go out if you know you can't afford gloves, protective masks and sanitizers, because you stand the chance of getting infected with virus. Though the chances of getting infected with the virus is minimal with the right outfit.

2. If you have elderly parents and relatives around you, it would be best you stay at home, because you can transfer the virus to them which will be very bad, because aged people with low immunity, are more prone to death from the virus.

3. We have not had any positive improvement on the number of victims or patients that has recovered from the corona virus. Rather the number of people getting infected keeps on increasing, so going out will only increase your chances of contaccting this deadly virus.

4. Finally, If you provide no essential services, and you can still work from home, it would be in your interest to remain at home and stay alive. Going out unnecessarily will only put you at risk of contacting the virus, hereby doing you more harm than good. Also if you have been noticing or feeling any symptoms of the virus, please be on self isolation, don't go out and make sure you contact the NCDC.

Please always remember to wash your hands and keep your environments clean
