Omoyele Sowore, the African Action Congress candidate for president in the recently held presidential election, has voiced his displeasure with the election results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission on Wednesday. Remember that on Wednesday, INEC chairman Mahmoud Yakubu declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, as the winner of the Saturday election after defeating the other 17 candidates.

However, Omoyele Sowore alleged that the presidential candidate, particularly in Lagos State was not free and fair, just the way Nigerians see it because the APC intentionally allowed Peter Obi, Labour Party presidential candidate to win while there was busy rigging the election elsewhere. He continued by saying that the APC successfully fooled Nigerians and made it look as if the APC was defeated in their strongest holds. Additionally, he emphasized that the aim of the APC was to deceive Nigerians, but that he possessed all necessary evidence and would present it to Nigerians to see at the right time.

Hear him, "APC left Lagos election for them (LP) while they were rigging the election elsewhere so that you can have that feeling that the election was a free and fair election and that the opposition defeated the regulars on their toughs. Following the just concluded 2023 general election that saw INEC announce APC Presidential Candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner after defeating close opponents Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party to become the next president of Nigeria.

Also it should be recalled that both Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar rejected Tinubu's victory, querying the election process and the performance of the INEC, thereby resulting in going to court.

However, Akin Osuntokun, DG, Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council, revealed in a Labour Party press statement the original result of the presidential election held on February 25, 2023, as it was uploaded on INEC's original portal.

Tinubu tried to hold Lagos with the figures he pulled so far. Lagos is the Capital of Southern Nigeria, so what were you expecting?
This was a fight between ibos+SS+woke yorubas against Tinubu supporters in Lagos who are mainly yorubas and maybe Hausas in Lagos.

I hope Tinubu and yorubas have learnt a bitter lesson from Lagos Elections not to befriend and feed a cub because it is homeless, hopeless, and dying. It will grow up and eat u up someday.

I'm happy yorubas can now sit down and ask qtns as to how they got everything wrong and redress it with BAT as President.

Yorubas need to stop drafting non yorubas into the civil service and stop giving them prominent appointments. There are always technocrats who can always fit into any political office from the SW

Yorubas need to stop giving out local government of origins to non yorubas in Lagos

Yorubas need to stop allowing non-yorubas contest for Elections in Lagos or SW

Yorubas need limit the numbers of voters registration of non yorubas going on in Lagos, they care so much about Lagos and don't care if their homes rot, Henceforth let them go home and vote. They can't come and dictate to you on how to govern urselves after creating an enabling environment for them to thrive.
