I can’t say this is a fair statement at all.

I’ve been in several forums, but this is the first time I am seeing people judge others for reasons best known to them.

Tbh, I think I everyone deserves help here.

Even if they ask you to spoon feed them, if you don’t want to do it then dont. Plus speaking about “new members” here like they are little children is quite derogatory tbh.

The kindness you show to someone will be appreciated and even if it’s not. God sees our hearts.

I understand your point of view. But we need to be fair with everyone here. Thank you.

Newmum0615:
That's what we are seeing these days with our new family members. And we keep encouraging them. I miss Elfmann in times like these. No one is doing a bit of research anymore. It's just give me answer urgently we are getting. Let us continue. The days of pointing to page zero is now over. Not saying people shouldn't ask questions, but it's easier to guide someone who has a fair idea of what he/she is doing because of a little research. Guys, page zero works like magic. Some people here selflessly made generic info available there. The least we can do is appreciate the effort by reading through. We are happy to help with some sort of validation or guidance. I have had to stay up some nights and even during work hours to help people out with NOC issues because I have seen the effort they put into sorting out the issue themselves (happytbaby, if I hear pim ehn). Read a little and give the people you are asking questions something to work with. If we didn't do research, we wouldn't have answers. Mcstan18 had not even started his process fully, but he had started answering questions here like an 'elder'. Because he took the time to understand the process by himself.

With all that said, please remember that the CIC website remains the one stop shop for valid info for this journey
Nuff said. Over & out.

I think everyone on this forum deserves a good level of respect.

May God help us through every part of this journey.

Leave sarcasm and jabs for another forum or when you get your PPR.

This statement doesn’t have a reference, so kindly state the quote you’re referring to or go and continue your PR process that’s the aim of this forum.

Thanks smiley

Is anyone having issues with confirmation for IELTS after payment online? Paid on Tuesday for someone and no confrimation. Is there a cause to worry or what’s the best way to contact British council.

Thanks everyone in advance
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by Julie2018: 5:17pm On Mar 04, 2018
At that point you can request for an extension for submission. Tbh it’s nothing to worry about. Renewal takes 1 week there about. Many have been in this situation and it’s been resolved. Please carry on with your process, cause not everyone gets lucky with the ITA draws.
luffyhaki:

Thank you for this Julie.

But my real concern is if after post ITA is say May we are still not in August(when I can officially renew my passport). What do I then submit when I am asked to send my passport bearing in mind it should have a shelf life of at least 1 year.

Remember you have a fixed number of days to send in your international passport once you are approved for PPR
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by Julie2018: 7:57am On Mar 04, 2018
You can enter the pool, carry on with your process and renew Post ITA and Post PPR. It’s not a problem. I renewed after ITA(lost passport) but included and LOE. As long as you have documentation to prove the passport number disparities, you are good to go. There’s always a way to back up that
luffyhaki:
Happy weekend People.

Please I have a concern and I would like someone who has been in the same situation to advice me.

My international passport will expire next year (2019)February and I have contacted passport office and was told I can only renew my passport 6 months to expiry which is August 2018.Now the issue is the express entry process requires you submit a passport with a shelf life above one year at the minimum.

What are my options? Should I play safe and wait till August after I might have renewed my passport to enter the pool? or is there some other way?

Thanks guys

Congratulations!

Folks,

I have a testimony, we have passed our medicals, even though the CIC doc told us clearly, you would most likely be asked for further tests for your daughter. we give glory to God that is not happening. I dont know how God did it but he did it anyway. The good glitch that happened also moved our application into the IP2 gang.

Let me borrow the most popular phrase in here; It will end in praise!

Cheers

Guys, PPR is here.....

When the Lord turn the captivity of Zion, we were like they that dreamt.... I will like to give glory to Almighty God for He alone is worthy of all my praise...

When i saw Teatop1234's PPR mail earlier, i was genuinely happy for her and also pray that LVO will give me PPR too. One hour after, my golden mail arrived. On Monday, i told Pampem that i have a good feeling that both of us would get PPR this week and be free from LVO.

I want to sincerely thank all the elders of this forum for their contributions... Honestly, didnt ask any questions throughout this journey because i read and noted down everything that is important.

To my powerful colleague and mentor... @Egariyi, I love you to the moon and back... We will rock Canny together...

Like i said earlier... I will sing KWAM 1 song today... Ileku ayo tota se bawon ti o... Ilu Canada ni won ti si...

Hahaha yes o! ASAP! Everyone on this thread deserves it.
superdoll:

Just like u said. I knw sumone dt was part of d ip2 movement, wrote to find out his visa office and was told his file is still at cio-sydney. He s not even been assigned visa office yet.He is few days post Aor and just passed medicals.
Well, just like @Julie said, all i want is ppr asap. Am done trying to understand what dey are up to. Hahahahaha
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by Julie2018: 2:10am On Mar 02, 2018
This is possible, but how do we explain those that got to IP2 with the “mass movement” and got PPR next day. Seen at least 10 cases from a forum so far.

I sincerely think we should just be patient and pray as before. It will end in praise.
superdoll:

Well, it actually make sense to me. I really tot same too. But was being positive and living in denial as i follow for the 27th feb ip2 mass movement. Lol
Cos am wondering how everyone would get ppr all at once. I tink i strongly believe dt.
From der explanation of wanting to reflect the true status of an application. 'We are processing ur background check' aka ip2 seem to me like na now visa office begin work on ur application.
We shall all testify by God's grace

Good evening everyone, please I try to make APR payment and the internet went off so I reloaded the page. Now on my profile it is just stating Processing payment. What do I do pls.
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by Julie2018: 2:05am On Mar 02, 2018
I sincerely think this is a speculation

If IRCC didn’t say it, then that’s not what it is smiley
Newmum0615:
This is someone's interpretation of IRCC's explanation of the mass IP2 upgrade on Tuesday on one WhatsApp group:

The interpretation to their response is this: IP2 is the actual stage in which most of the work is done. Prior to the "glitch", ones application could remain in NA2 for a long while without his/her status being updated. Hence, once ircc gets done with the processing they take you to ip2, and within few hours you get the golden mail. What they're saying now is they intend to provide accurate status as ones application progresses. So technically, IP2 is the new NA2, you dig?

Don't know what to make of it sha.

Something weird is happening on CIC Accounts. If you already have AOR and MEP do check your CIC Application account and share your observation. Seems they are moving people en mass to IP2.

About the refund, I strongly doubt.

But maybe a reschedule might be possible but in very rare cases
Newbeecey:
Please that number never goes through o, or is there any other number I can reach them on?.
Im even considering cancelling totally and getting a refund and using the MOD IDP since they have closer test dates

The account number is generated based on your exam month, Location and last two digits of your passport number.

I’m sure you will see the payment instructions after the registration online.
