When you want to apply for visa, you need to justify yourself that you have ties that will bring you back to nigeria.

If you do your homework well, you go get American visa. I have seen that.

The letter is normal response from embassy when you failed to do your homework well before applying.

And if the asylum.seeker decides to become lazy after getting residency? it doesn't make sense.

Most people are lazy that is why they always say there is no money abroad.

Asylum seekers are allowed to work.
Employers give them job.
Its good for the government because when they get job the government stop giving them stipend to survive. It save government lot of money.

If the asylum seeker is good worker the job can be converted to permanent job and they can use that stand to get residency.
I have seen some like that.
I got a job for a friend. He used it to stay.

If your asylum application fail, look for permanent job to secure your residency.
I see people with failed asylum request but got chance by quickly looked frantically for permanent job.

The youngest child is eleven, hence the mother could work.
