Once a cleric says nupe are not real Muslim in a nupe minority region then boom, violence begins to erupt against the same nupe people who are northernern.
If the activities of our religious leaders and kings can be properly managed in the north, trust me we would be making a mojor steps towards insecurity.
Majority of those bandits we see today were lured in via religious context until they can't turn their back away.
The north is a nice place for everyone if only they play by the book and can reach a compromise.

More than anything, I've urged people to avoid Northern presidency come 2023.
The level of compromise and increasing guts amongst terrorist is something that needs to be checked by people else.
Even northerners are afraid of their own presidency as it stands.

Buhari would soon leave office, bandits would attack him, the service chiefs like him would be attacked and nothing would be done.
Infact the govt would arrest them for attempting to take law into their hands.
Since even the elites have chosen to be less visionary about this insecurity let's pray we all stay alive till it touches everyone.

Go read the history yourself and see how the north including maiduguri, kaduna, plateau, Taraba, benue and kwara voted Jonathan.
If they can do it for Jonathan because they felt he's the better candidate to Buhari whose integrity was still intact, they can do it for any southern candidate that proves himself.
