Where reno get him source of igbo being richest tribe per capital in the whole Africa? |
I'm pro apc but trust me if the stakeholders should impose Jonathan on us who has done nothing for the party then those stake holders should count themselves and make sure they multiply their votes by million to vote in their choice. Because the obvious reality of is that no founding fathers of APC or major stakeholders or even party delegates would like this. The greed of certain few can't be imposed on the masses. |
oz4real83:I no understand why this thing be case cos notjing like rape. But I doubt it even happened. |

mike8804:when you start seeing news like this, it means they are short of victory news. Russian are capturing territories and still not celebrating instead they are asking for prisoner swap cos they value their soldiers while Ukraine and NATO are celebrating the death of a single soldier who died like every other soldiers. Na the way western media take present Azov steel surrender as evacuation still dey shock me. |
CHANNELStv2020:sense una no go ever get. Rubbish. |
Osibanjo: i dont still understand where this man is getting his love from? I mean what portfolios does he have that make some think he can better Nigeria? I mean moving from buhari to osibanjo is like moving the chief of army staff from buratai to yahaya farouk. Nothing changes, more than any vice President, hes been opportuned the higest chances to give his little impact but nothing to show for it. Imaging being in charge of the economy but the naira moved from 180 to 460 under his watch. Any progress ![]() How does his supporters tend to sell him to us? Atiku: i have nothing against this man but in decision making , Nigeria should come first. Atiku deleted his tweet condemning Deborahs killer for political reason shows that he fears the northern political capacity. Its certain that if atiku wins then those illetrate northerners would feel much stronger than they actually are thinking they decide the country's fate, more politicians would compromise further to northerners just like many of the concentrate on kano and katsina just cos of vote. |
cornelboy:you made a valid point. I made this argument at a very young age but those elders I perceive to be more experienced then told me every Muslims must believe in hadith. Thank God for Internet one can make his own research. |
Ayesolve:such can't happen in all northern states. Only places like zamfara, sokoto and other highly Islamic dominated regions can such happen. The odds were against the innocent Girl and those bloody psychos were lucky to have their way. From my research Islamic scholars who have a different opinion might end up dead for speaking up, even strong political elites like atiku who has a different view couldn't stand by it so you could imagine the faith of the common man. |
Lalasticlala it's Friday please let's put some religious content on front page. Yesterday I almost gave up on Islam. I saw the audacity of those boys, they felt they were doing the right thing, that audacity comes with a lot of back up from stronger elites, even our former vice president had to delete his Facebook post. Maybe because he values his political ambition than justice or probably share same beliefs. Going through some comments on Facebook, you'll be surprised that even educated Muslim who can do research on their own fall for this beliefs. It got to a point I taught maybe Islam really permits the killing of blasphemy but the reverse is the case after my research.. But one thing Islam really forbids and condem is fornication. Islam prescribes 100strokes of cain for fornication but how often do we see news of people being flogged for fornication in those religious states? If educated Muslims don't come out to condemn such atrocities, then hate filled religious scholars would keep deceiving ignorant fellas. |
Kriss216:Sugar quoting religious content to suit your personal beliefs might not be your real intention but also note that this same thing you apply is also in the Bible. Try to understand we both have a common enemy and that enemy is not the opposite religion but religious fanatics and selfish politicians who uses religion as a means for electoral success. |
TempUser:Quran 2:191 – “And kill them wherever you find them…” Critics as usual apply ‘cut and choose’ approach with regards to this passage (Quran 2:191). They only quote, “And kill them wherever you find them…(2:191). However, when we read the passage in its context (2:190-195) it says opposite what they portray of the verse. Quran 2:190 – 195 2:190 Fight in the way of Godthose who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed. God does not like transgressors. 2:191 And kill them wherever you find them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah [Persecution] is worse than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al- Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers. 2:192 And if they cease, then indeed, God is Forgiving and Merciful. 2:193 Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah [Persecution] and [until] worship is for God. But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors. 2:194 [Fighting in] the sacred month is for [aggression committed in] the sacred month, and for [all] violations is legal retribution. So whoever has assaulted you, then assault him in the same way that he has assaulted you. And fear God and know that God is with those who fear Him. 2:195 And spend in the way of God and do not throw [yourselves] with your [own] hands into destruction [by refraining]. And do good; indeed, God loves the doers of good. It’s important whenever one reads a Quranic verse, to read it in its context. As you have read, critics only quote the part which suites them, they isolate previous verses and the ones after. When the passage is examined in context, it is clear that nowhere does it sanction the killing of innocent people. From verse 2:190 to 2:195, when read, Allah makes it evident to fight those only who fight them, fighting in self-defence. Another thing some love to do with the verse is, change the Arabic word’s meaning. Example, the Arabic word ‘Fitna’ used in 2:191 and 2:193, they deceptively have translated the word as ‘disbelief’. So, when it’s read in that perspective, the passage is implying to fight to those who are disbelievers, just because of their religion. This again when we examine it, it will turn out to be a lie. The Arabic word ‘Fitnah’ means ‘persecution’, ‘corruption’, ‘sedition’. But when the word ‘Fitnah’ is used in verse 2:191 and 2:193 it means ‘persecution’. |
IF blasphemy was punishable by death in Islam, then the Prophet would have been the first one to order the killing of hundreds of his foes who later became his closest companions. With the exception of a very few earlier Arabs who accepted the Prophet as the Messenger of Allah , the majority of people of Makkah opposed him, humiliated him, cursed or blasphemed him or even tried to kill him, yet he preferred to practice forgiveness and to seek the divine mercy for them. The old woman who used to throw garbage on the Prophet was visited by him when he did not see her throwing it anymore to learn that she was not well. When Suhail bin Amr, a poet who composed poetry blaspheming the Prophet was taken as a prisoner of war after the battle of Badr, the Prophet asked his companions to show kindness to him. There are examples after examples to prove that the Prophet never resorted to violence against those who were showing utter |
Defiling the Quran is punishable by imprisonment for life and defaming Prophet Muhammad by death with or without a fine. None of these codes have any basis in the Quran or the authentic teachings of the Prophet . It is a position that many scholars adopted under the influence of despotism that prevailed in the Muslim world for centuries and still prevails in many countries. This position is rarely challenged by those who claim to have knowledge of the Quran and Sunna. Often, they use their religious authority to suppress debate on the issue. The tyranny of religious scholars is so intense that those opposed to these laws are condemned as non-Muslims punishable by death. Some of the scholars even encourage their followers to unleash terror against such people. Their arrogance has reached to a point that they do not want to listen to any argument based on the Quran and the teachings of the Quran. The religious and educational institutions of the Muslim world suffer from the tyranny of these scholars who justify their ignorance and arrogance on the basis of a literature that emerged at a time, when Muslims had lost connection with the Quran and by and large were at the mercy of despotic rulers and their hired religious scholars. The un-Quanic and un-Prophetic practices adopted by many Muslims scholars must be challenged. Islam is not the monopoly of self-imposed scholars. It is a faith given to people for their well being and guidance without any interference from any authority other than Allah , the almighty.. Those who assume the divine role in condemning people and deciding their life and death must be challenged and what better way than to seek the repelling of blasphemy law in light of the Quran and Sunna. If Muslim religious scholars are seriously concerned about the sensitivities of people with regards to their faith and its holy figures, then they should advocate common laws for every religion and religious community emphasizing that respect must be shown to all religions and freedom of speech must not be seen as a license to hurt and provoke others. It is time that Muslim scholars from all over the world revisit issues such as blasphemy and apostasy in the light of the Quran and Sunna rather than falling victim to positions that can not be substantiated by the divine writ. |
There is nothing in the Quran or the authentic teachings of Prophet Muhammad justifying the killing of people for opposing, criticizing, humiliating or showing irreverence toward holy personages, religious artifacts, customs and beliefs of Islam. The Quran says: Revile not ye those whom they call upon besides Allah, lest they out of spite revile Allah in their ignorance. Thus We have made alluring to each people its own doings. In the end will they return to their Lord, and We shall then tell them the truth of all that they did. [6:108] Also who believe! Let not some men among you ridicule others: It may be that the (latter) are better than the (former): Nor let some women ridicule others: It may be that the (latter are better than the (former): Nor defame nor be sarcastic to each other, nor call each other by (offensive) nicknames: Ill-seeming is a name connoting wickedness, (to be used of one) after he has believed: And those who do not desist are (indeed) doing wrong. [49:11] Those who avoid the greater crimes and shameful deeds, and, when they are angry even then forgive;" [42:37] |
I just researched the Internet and discovered that no single part of Islam justify the killing of one in the name of blasphemy. Never did the prophet justify such in his teachings but those guys are hell bent in tarnishing the image of Islam. Educated fellas killing people just because their mallam said its right. If sane Muslims don't come out to condemn such act, evil people would keep tarnishing the image of Islam. |
Them no fit be no1 with all those their excess charges. All my guys when open d account no gree use am. |
