Its a mystery seeing Suarez kissing his hand after scoring every goal. The Uruguayan striker kisses his hand twice to celebrate his goal, he kisses his ring, wrist, and fingers. A lot of people have been questioning the FC Barcelona star, that why on earth will he do that.

We have seen a lot of players kiss their wedding rings when scoring goals, by doing that they devote their goals to their wives, this is not the case with Luis Suarez, he wants to celebrate all his family.

first, he kisses his ring to celebrate his beautiful and lovely wife Sofia, then he kisses his wrist because there is a tattoo on it that says Delfina, that is the name of his eldest daughter. After, he kisses three fingers to celebrate his family as a whole.

this also represents the number of opponents he has bitten, thats just a joke.

The three fingers represent is three children, Suarez loves his family so much and they have always been very important to him.

Uefa Committee board has set up new champions league rule which the clubs must adhere to strictly.

The rules which are about nine(9) in numbers will take effect when the champions league kick off on tuesday, September 17 ,2019.

23 Man-Squad
Clubs are allowed to name 23 man-squad, this rule took effect last season, when Liverpool and Tottenham played the champions league final.


Free-Kicks
When a free kick is about to be played , the defensive wall must be one meter away from the attackers rather than obstructing it.

Goal-Kick
Goal-kicks and free-kicks can be touched by a team mate while still in the box. Although opponent will not be allowed in the box where goal kick and free kicks are taken.

Handballs

Football in Africa has been declining, since a decade now, we no longer have quality football in Africa, especially after the class of Liberia’s George Oppong Weah and Ghana’s Abedi Ayew Pele.

Africa is yet to see any player that can compete with the class of European players, although we have seen some players like Cote d’ivoire Didier Drogba, Nigeria Jay Jay Okocha, Cameroon Samuel Eto that have gotten to some certain heights in their footballing career, but they could not meet up with the current standard in Europe.

Will there be any other African player to win ballon d’or? The answer is not far fetched, with the current standard of football in Africa,it will be very difficult to see an African player win the ballon d’or in the next coming years.

“As a result, the police were unable to follow investigative protocols for sexual assault cases or to conduct any meaningful investigation. Without knowing the identity of the perpetrator or the location of the crime, detectives were unable to search for and impound vital forensic evidence.
