Yea sure.
From the quantity I got, I used....

2 cups of corn starch
2 725 ml of water. That is 1450 ml.
2 teaspoon of lemon (optional).

Method....

Put your corn starch in a pot, add the water. Mix very that there are no lumps in it.
Put it on fire , medium heat, then you start stirring. Start stirring immediately cause you don't want no lump in it. If it starts forming lump, reduce the heat.
Keep stirring till it solidifies. Add your lemon and continue stirring like you are making amala.
Once you have that thickness, add a little water and cover it to cook for like ten minute.
Then you start stirring again till everything comes together.

To know if it's ready, take a little and put in a cup of cold water, if it stays solid, that means it's ready. If it comes apart, leave a little longer to cook.
