Well divorce is not hard but in this context what is the man divorcing over ? She cheated ? where's the proof ? She stored a guy's name as a woman. But what if it's actually a woman, and someone else picked who happened to be male and also knew the sister wasn't feeling fine. But you're right the woman should divorce the guy, since he's already jumping to physical violence already.
