Everybody is aware that 80% of filling stations in ibadan are selling fuel btw 120 and 140 except few ones with long Que. They also know this, where you drive in and buy fuel conveniently you pay above 87 naira

This issue is very glaring,it started last February 2014 during last regime when it was discovered that all internally generated revenues were not remitted to govt account in these universities in which primary staff schools are amongst. The argument then was that with this exhorbitant charges in which they are paying.the bone of contention is all universities should fund these schools themselves or absorbed otherwise

Kudos to WAEC but there is fear of manipulation thereafter
