The age on your passport needs to correspond to what is on your WES ECA!! Whether you will need to show your birth certificate depends on other factors.

If the Company A work experience was continuous and is within last 10yrs, then use only that since 3yrs already gives max points for experience outside Canada. All others should only appear in your personal history and you'll be fine.

@Algbenguze: please i have some questions:

*does working in a bank give you more edge and recognition than working for a one man small company in the FSW and also when you finally get to Canada to look for job(same job description in the bank and one man business) would they prefer the bank?

* please explain this 60/100 stuff, when does it apply?

*please there is also a place on CIC site i learnt the maximum experience for point is 6 years, kindly differentiate that with the 3 years maximum

please ,talking about soft landing, how long can you be in canada before you can come back to naija? also how much grace can canada give you if you have not returned back to them, i am still trying to deal with the fact that as i heard the canada is very cold, i am still wondering if i can ever stay there, because in naija sef, everywhere dey cold for me hahahahah, but i dey find good life for canny land

see eh better apply for the permanent residence/EE, if you get it, you can do short landing and return back to Nigeria to continue your job... i hope its shell or Schlumberger job sha grin

. On a more serious note, its important to always keep your options open. I also think the younger you are when you leave naija, the easier it is to setlle and rebuild your life. so if the pr comes, move asap jare! dont drag feet, the much older folks who u see taking their time are not like us trying to escape poverty.. i have realised half of the much older folks leaving are only doing so for their kids. i say again faschi whatever immediate comfort that job gives u, people move from 100 to zero in a second in naija! consolidate your future!

*please if you worked in a bank in Nigeria and the Canada express entry finally works, please would they recognize a bank job more than other small organization( one man company) in terms of searching for a job (NOC) and even when you get to Canada, will they always prefer the bank experience more than other small organizations

* if you work in a company seconded to a bank (contract staff to the bank) can you put the name of the bank as your place of work? what if they need to verify from the HR, what would they ask the HR?

* if one have another place that can give you reference letter for 5 years + experience you have only 3 years experience in that your bank which you are seconded to, please what decision is better? I think 5 years + gives a better point

*please explain (6yrs gives max points under FSW assessment while it's 3yrs for Express Entry. )

*do you think in Canada, average age from 27-30 have better opportunity in terms of jobs and other things or succeed more than ages from 30-32 in Canada

please make una no vex for the questions oo

Some fashion schools are just overly hyped on internet, large publicity or are based on past glory but are not really detailed in their teachings, that after 6 months you are still not good, while some schools after 6 months of learning, the finishing and finess of your designs are WOW

The following are what i am looking out for;

*you or somebody you know have learnt from the school and confirmed best
*where they teach modern and stylish clothes
*any other thing

Please don't go the way of templates when it comes to logo. You're gradually quenching your creativity.
Besides you cannot keep editing for your fiverr clients, most of the requests are very unique to their purpose,depending on the coy.

Yes you can simply edit templates for business cards , letter heads, magazines, and by editing, sensible designers edit to uniqueness such that there is a sharp difference between the two.
Everything should be done in moderacy. Most times the templates you get from these sites do not meet client specifications, they are just basic frameworks you build on.
Some files like mockups usually have the same foundation but different outputs so no need creating the effects from scratch.
It would be time wasting to start creating mock up.files from scratch when the output would be diff. since there is a variable,(logos,business card files).Most times designers use templates to copy the styles preset in the template so as not to spend much time achieving the same effect.

Everyone uses templates to save time in some projects.But I strongly advise against it when it comes to logo design.

In generaJust be reasonable about it...
