Shma2020: Wet pipe dream is an Idiomatic expression which implies utter different thing contrary to what your dunce friend said.
We were talking about Ugatuzi tower and this is the context in which his message should suit. I presume he wanted to mean A plan, desire, or idea that will not likely work; a near impossibility, but he went ahead and use the word wrongly.
Even Kaneshie awudome low income residential area is far developed than this Langata, with better roads.
Watching the video, I now understand why the Kenyans under African Traveller videos complain so much about how dirty Nairobi and Mombasa are.
Basically, every corner you pass, there is a pile-up of waste.
Vlain: Heck even posh areas like like Pangaea looks like a crappy ghetto. And one would still have to pay true his teeth to live in this rubbish. I can only imagine what embakassi,Zimmerman and other average Nairobians settlement would look like.
I have had lots of conversation with a number of East Africans, even in my church we have about 11 of them of which 5 are Kenyans. They always speak about how clean Ghana is.
If nothing at all, Ghana beats Kenya in sanitation.
And when you read through the comment section in Afrikan Travelor's video you will notice a lot of comments are about sanitation, and how clean Ghana is. We are not there yet but Kenyans should take a back seat when we talk of sanitation.
If you get to watch videos of Accra and Nairobi (fresh videos) today, you will know that Accra is far far cleaner than Nairobi.
Ask your Kenyans that travel to Ghana and they will tell you the real sanitation situation in Ghana..
Sanitation in Ghana is far far far better than what you are used to in kenya.
Just go to the comment section and see how they are talking about the cleanest of Kumasi and how Mombasa and Nairobi are so filthy.
Talking about how filthy markets are in all of kenya.
Rvp2018 is talking as if Kibera is the only filthy place in Nairobi. Karen is just as filthy as Kibera, Karen people pay the poor people of kibera to carry Faecal matter from their septic tanks in gallons, to go a dump into drains
rvp2018: Nairobi and Mombasa has dirty areas (slums) Ghana cities have clean areas (Informal settlement exceed formal settments by far) There is big difference in those two statements.
Nairobi and Mombasa are slums with few good areas.
Ghanaian cities do not just spring up, they are planned settlements with proper service delivery.
Vlain: Pls do, of course I expect to be marveled. Even houses of cheaper prices in camps bay looks way more exquisite that this derelict, haunted, dirty cave
Meanwhile checking this 500k houses in Abuja looks better than anything in that crazy zoo. Heck some of this houses go for less of that price. Lol u can even check the comments section to see Kenyans cursing their overpriced real estate after watching this vids. Gawd it was hella funny to read through their frustrations.
kikuyu2: Not that it matters but the asking price despite covid reductions should be 1.5 mn USD. All ensuite, the finishing, size and compound space are worth it.
No sane person will buy a shitty property for 1 million usd
